There have been many apartments, hotels, and motels featured on GH throughout the years. They are usually to be found in Port Charles but sometimes are outside the city or country.
In December 2006, Robin Scorpio found an apartment for Patrick Drake. They each return and reorder a couch at different times; a competition known as "The Couch Chronicles." She moves in, but their relationship is strained after he has an HIV scare and she's shot. They eventually have a baby, get married, and move into a house in January 2009.
In December 2022, Dante Falconeri has a list of five local residents who have been arrested for smuggling exotic animals within the last ten years. Rory Cabrera leaves after taking a picture of the file. He heads to an apartment where The Hook is waiting behind the door to hook him. The Hook killed an animal smuggler who lived there before Rory got into the apartment. Dante kicks in the door and found the smuggler's dead body and Rory who had been hooked and is rushed to the hospital. Jordan Ashford arrives with two officers and Dante tells her the Hook must have jumped out of the window.
Beginning January 2024, Spencer Cassadine rented into a Pied-à-terre in Paris, France for several months to be with his girlfriendTrina Robinson, who is spending a semester at The Sorbonne. He unfortunately never got to use it, as on their first night in town, they are attacked by Esme who stalked them, and he and Esme go missing presumed dead.

On January 24, 2017, Curtis Ashford and Jordan Ashford went to Baltimore to question Buzz. At their hotel, things quickly heated up and they shared a kiss. They almost slept together until Jordan stopped them, claiming that he had no idea what they were doing. Curtis refused to let her deny that feelings had been building between them for months. Jordan was datingAndre Maddox at the time and refused to betray him.
In April 2018, Anna Devane travels to Bern, Switzerland with her granddaughter, Emma and Jason Morgan. Anna and Jason are searching for Henrik Faison and Damian Spinelli books them a room at the Swiss Plaza Hotel. At the same time, Sam McCall is vacationing in Bern with Danny and Scout and also has a room at the Swiss Plaza. When Jason leaves to see Sam after meeting up with her in the hallway, Robert Scorpio arrives at Anna's hotel room. They all decide to team up on the search for Henrik together. Sam, Spinelli and Jason infiltrate the Eisenschaft Bank and find The Conundrum Box, which they deliver to Robert and Anna.
In July 2022, Curtis and Marshall find Oz in a motel. They claim to be there to purchase fake phones but Oz says he is out of them and kicks the men out of his room. Marshall is mad they didn't get any information but Curtis gets the idea to follow Oz to the person who sold him Esme Prince's black market phone.
On July 22, 2022, Oz takes Esme to the new motel he is staying at. She attempts to seduce him and they kiss before he goes to get a drink at her request. She drugs his drink and he collapses next to her as Curtis knocks on the door since Selina Wu gave him Oz's address. Esme hides in a closet as Curtis kicks down the door and discovers Oz unconscious on the couch. He calls the police and Esme escapes. Oz is taken to GH.
On October 27, 2022, Rory gets a hotel in New York City after the "New York Comic-kaze" convention and is upset to find out there is only one bed in Room #904. He calls the front desk and as there are no more rooms available because of the convention, he arranges for a cot to be brought up. Rory and Trina Robinsonkiss in the bed and she fantasizes that Spencer Cassadine is kissing her. She stops Rory right before there is a knock on the door as the cot has arrived. Rory offers the bed to Trina and sleeps on the cot next to the bed. Trina falls asleep and misses Spencer's phone call from prison.
In February 2023, Stella Henry stays at a hotel while visiting. She claims to be sick so she can't marry Curtis and Portia. Jordan knows the truth about Curtis possibly being Trina's biological father and she confronts Stella in her room. Stella asks about Jordan's love life who changes the subject and Stella says it is too late for the truth to not be damaging before Jordan leaves. After the wedding, Spencer and Trina go to Stella's room to get her to come to the celebration. Stella drops hints that Portia is hiding something from Trina.
In April 2023, Holly and Felicia sneak into Victor's Venezuelan Compound to rescue Ethan. Tracy outbids them in the black market sale to kill Ethan and the four of them fight Victor's henchmen and escape.
In September 2023, Spencer and Trina get away for a romantic weekend in New York City, just the two of them, to finally consummate their romance.
In January 2024, Spencer and Trina Robinson stayed at a luxury hotel upon their arrival to Paris.
On May 21, 2024, Alexis and Diane go to Albany to make her case before the review board and get her law license back. Alexis worries that she slept in late and doesn't have her friends veins of steel, but Diane supports Alexis in her fight, having spent hours preparing for the hearing.
