Storylines

Officer Billy Pryce was a cop in the Beechers Corners chapter of the Dawn of Day Cult who was working for Shiloh.

Jason first met Billy when he was in Beechers Corners and Billy informed him that he ran his plates and there was an arrest record for him. The charges were dropped but Billy still made excuses for Jason to move his car. Shiloh wanted Jason to stay out of Beechers Corners so he didn’t learn anything that Shiloh didn’t want him to know.

Months later, Jason returned to Beechers Corners to find former Dawn of Day member Carol Lockhart. Jason and Carol were caught by Billy. Billy and fellow officer Rick Evans arrested and locked up Michael and Jason but Billy allowed Carol to go free. Michael helped Jason break out of jail and they returned to Port Charles.

Billy came to Port Charles to talk to Mac about being on the lookout for the fugitive Jason. Billy was also discussing an accomplice as Michael walked in and Billy recognized him as the drunk who helped Jason escape. Mac told Billy that he had no proof and was accusing the CEO of ELQ. Chase lied to Billy that he was at the gym with Michael so Michael couldn’t have been in jail. Mac said that Billy had no proof and Billy angrily left.

It's unknown what happened to him after Shiloh's crimes were exposed but it's most likely he was arrested for being under his payroll.
