Brad Schmidt is an American actor known for portraying inmate Book, and previously temporarily portraying Brando Corbin on the soap opera General Hospital.
Life and career[]
On May 22, 2022, Soap Opera News reported that Wactor was filming the movie "American Sognare".
On May 26, 2022, it was revealed that the role would temporarily be recast with actor Brad Schmidt while Wactor was unavailable. Schmidt appeared as Brando for three days from June 7 to June 9, 2022.
On June 23, 2022, Wactor said he was back as Schmidt has left the role. Wactor returned as Brando on June 27, 2022.
On September 30, Schmidt returned to GH as Book, an inmate at Pentonville, which he's continued to portray in a recurring capacity.
