Footbridge (Port Charles, New York) A bridge over Blackstone Canyon in Port Charles.
In March 2012, Robert Scorpio almost jumped off this bridge into the Canyon while grieving for his daughter Robin when he thought she was dead. Luke Spencer lied and told Robert that Ethan Lovett was Robert's son (and not Luke's) to stop Robert from jumping.
In March 2022, Victor Cassadine agrees to meet Drew Quartermaine here to hypnotize him with a (fake) tarot card. Before their meeting, Victor and Eileen Ashby talk on the bridge about Laura Collins' suspicions that Luke was murdered.
In March 2023, Victor pushes Eileen off this bridge to her death after discovering she betrayed him.
In September 2024, Alexis threw a gun she found in Kristina's purse off this bridge. Ric and Liz witnesses this.
Footbridge (Niagara Falls, New York) Located near Niagara Falls, New York, within a short distance of Port Charles.
In March 2019, Ryan Chamberlain and Ava Jerome went to Niagara Falls and they planned to go to Canada and start a new life together as husband and wife, but Jason Morgan and Laura Collins later caught up with them as they were headed towards the border on foot by crossing a footbridge. After Jason shot Ryan in the back of the shoulder, Laura revealed to Ava that her fiancee was not Kevin Collins; he was actually his twin, Ryan Chamberlain. After Ryan kissed her and threw himself and her off the footbridge, Jason saved her while Ryan fell into the river and was presumed dead.
Greek Bridge (Crete, Greece) A short bridge over a long drop into the Aegean Sea at the Cassadine Compound.
In October 2021, Peter August shoots Valentin Cassadine and Drew Quartermaine as they cross a bridge by the Cassadine Compound near Crete. Drew falls off the bridge and is later revealed to be brainwashed by Peter and wearing a bulletproof vest.
Hangman's Bridge (Port Charles, New York) This bridge is often used by the citizens of Port Charles to watch Independence Day fireworks, as well as goodbyes as characters leave town.
In February 2008, Diego Alcazar had planned to hang Sam McCall and Elizabeth Webber off the bridge as a final stand in his role as the Text Message Killer. Right as they arrived, Elizabeth attacked Diego, causing the car to swerve off the bridge and hang there, swaying back and forth. All three lived, but Diego was soon after killed, when he accidentally hangs himself from the bridge.
Roebling Park Bridge (Port Charles, New York) This bridge is often used by the citizens of Port Charles to watch Independence Day fireworks, as well as goodbyes as characters leave town.
In February 2017, Sam is kidnapped by her aunt Olivia Jerome and is tossed to the bottom of this bridge in the cold. Drew (as "Jason") finds her and helps deliver their daughter, Scout Quartermaine. Sam is later diagnosed with Toxoplasmosis after spending time at the bottom of this bridge in labor.
Secaucus Bridge (Secaucus, New Jersey)
In December 2020, Sonny Corinthos and Julian Jerome fight for a gun on this bridge. Julian is accidentally shot and killed. When Jason arrives at the bridge which is closed for repairs, it collapses and Sonny is swept away in the Hackensack River. He later wakes up with amnesia in Nixon Falls, Pennsylvania.
Suspension Bridge (Pentonville, New York)
In February 2015, as Ava was escaping from Pentonville with other prisoners, she is shot in the shoulder by Carlos Rivera which knocks her off this suspension bridge. She is left hanging off the bridge and Sonny tries to rescue her, but fails causing Ava to fall. She is presumed dead but survived and is helped by her ex-lover Silas Clay.
