Storylines
On September 18, 2019, Peter August met with a guy named Bryce on Pier 55 and paid him for his previous services. Bryce was upset because Peter gave him less than he originally promised him but Peter said that he only completed half of the job since Andre Maddox was still alive. Peter eventually ordered Bryce to leave but called him back and ordered him to "take care" of David Henry Archer (AKA Shiloh).
Bryce cleaned himself up, got a haircut and a shave, and dressed as a prison guard and was at Shiloh's trial. Eventually, when Shiloh was remanded back to Pentonville after court was adjourned for the day, Bryce told another guard that he would help him escort the prisoner. However, Bryce attacked the guard and let Shiloh escape.
On October 10, Bryce appeared again when he was arrested for his crimes and he used his one phone call to call Peter, who ordered him to frame Sam McCall for Shiloh's escape.
Peter paid off a woman named Roz Venta to be Bryce’s lawyer. Roz came into the PCPD interrogation room and announced that Bryce was now her client and he was done talking. She introduced herself to everyone and said she needed to confer with her client in private.
Roz told Bryce to say only what Peter had instructed him to say. She also made sure they had their story straight. She requested a plea deal after police commissioner Jordan, officer Chase, and FBI Agent Caldwell came back in the room.
Bryce claimed that Sam was the one who orchestrated Shiloh's escape and that she hired him to do the job so she could take him out. As a result, Sam was arrested due to being framed.
On October 17, Jason Morgan visited Bryce in prison and said that Andre identified him as his stabber before asking him if Peter was his boss. Bryce just said he'll talk to his lawyer and left to his cell where psychotic serial killer Ryan Chamberlain was writing another letter to his obsession Ava Jerome. Bryce calls Ava hot and tells Ryan how he will pursue her after being released, triggering Ryan into stabbing Bryce to death with a pen.
On December 13, Jason also revealed that Bryce was involved in Drew Cain's disappearance which was also carried out by Peter.
On August 16, 2021, Drew was revealed to be alive and it was later revealed that he's being held captive in a foreign prison.
