It is the current residence of Kevin and Laura Collins. It was originally Kevin's penthouse but in 2017, Laura moved in when she married him. While Laura's son Nikolas Cassadine was "dead", she took his son Spencer Cassadine in as a ward, and he lived there between terms at Ecole Internationale De Chatel. She unknowingly lived with Kevin's psychotic, serial killer, identical twin Ryan Chamberlain in the penthouse for a while when he switched places with Kevin.
In 2021, Spencer and his then-girlfriendEsme Prince stayed one night at his grandmother's penthouse. The next morning, when Laura refused to let him and Esme live together, Spencer agreed and said he'd look for a place for Esme, while he would stay at the Collins penthouse. Soon after, Laura and her paternal half-brother Martin Grey were forced to go into protective custody and hide from their other brother, the incarcerated Cyrus Renault, who put a hit out on them. Spencer and Esme moved out and into Wyndemere Castle shortly after. After Spencer is revealed as Ava's stalker, he's arrested, but Kevin and Laura bail him out. He gets to move back in with them, but has to get a job. On October 28, Spencer reveals that Esme is living with him at Kevin's place.
After breaking up with Spencer, and in order to continue with her plan to seduce his father Nikolas, Esme attempts to manipulate him into letting her stay with him. He decides instead on renting her the room above Kelly's. This only lasts for one day, as Esme claims she might be pregnant by Spencer, and is "scared" of Sonny Corinthos getting revenge on her for secretly recording Cameron and Josslyn having sex. Nikolas agrees to let her move into Wyndemere, and Spencer comes along.
In March 2023, finding his uncle Sonny's penthouse too crowded, Spencer takes up Laura's offer and moves back in. Upon her release from Spring Ridge, arrangements were made for Esme and Ace - a rented room above Kelly's and Ace would stay with his paternal grandmother and maternal great-uncle at their penthouse. When Esme refused to be separated from her son, they both ended up moving into the penthouse.
In April 7, Esme and Ace watch the ball. Laura arrives and explains she had an emergency to deal with, otherwise she would have been home sooner. Laura sits with Esme and notes Ace is looking better and goes to touch him. Esme snaps, โDon't touch him.โ She quickly apologizes and says she just can't seem to stop being overprotective. She doesn't even like it when Ace is out of her sight. Laura says she understands, but he can sense her anxiety, and that's not good for him. Laura gets a call, which she takes. She asks where she is, and says she'll be right there. Laura tells Esme that she has to go. Later, Laura returns home and finds Ace's pacifier on the ground outside her door. She heads inside and Esme is out cold on the floor and the place shows signs of a struggle.
On April 10, Laura rushes over to Esme, who is out cold on the floor. Esme regains consciousness, but her head is pounding. She cries it all happened so fast, and this man forced himself in and took her baby. Laura promises her that they'll find her baby as Esme sobs. Soon Dante and the paramedics arrive, and Esme sobs that he took her baby. Dante asks who took her baby, and she says it was Nikolas. Shocked, Laura asks if she saw Nikolas. Esme admits she didn't see his face, but if not him then who, Spencer? Dante says they need to get Esme to GH to make sure she's not badly injured. Esme begs Dante to find Ace as he's all she has. Laura calls Kevin to tell him what happened to Esme and Ace and to have him watch over Esme. Later, Dante receives an email with the camera footage from the building surveillance. They look at the footage and see a man in a hoodie board the elevator with a gun. They later spot him leaving with Ace, and the man's face flashes briefly on camera. Laura recognizes him as Ambrose, Victor's bodyguard. Later, Jordan gets a call and reports to Robert and Felicia that Esme Prince was attacked and her baby taken. Robert and Felicia realize Victor's getting all his ducks in a row. Jordan stops by Esme's room, and she finds the girl having a nightmare about the man who took her baby. She doesn't understand why this man took Ace.
During summer 2023, while Laura and Valentin are in Chechnya trying to find Nikolas, Charlotte moves in with Dante and Sam at Harborview Towers, to be near her brother Rocco, and fellow Cassadines, Sam and her children.
On December 6, 2023, Esme and Ace move out and into their own apartment - thanks to Laura cosigning for them.
On February 5th, 2024, upon hearing of Spencer's death, Nikolas and Ace come back to town. Laura is welcoming and reassures Nikolas that Spencer's death is all on Esme. He agrees to atone for his actions, leading to Dante arresting him and Ace becoming the legal ward of his grandmother and great-uncle.
In August, with Lulu Spencer's health deteriorating and a liver transplant becoming necessary, Laura was determined to locate Lucky Spencer, her son missing in Africa, accompanied by her husband, Kevin Collins. Before departing, Laura asked Tracy Quartermaine to look after Ace, even as Tracy was visibly burdened by the growing influx of orphaned children at the Quartermaine Mansion.
