The Corinthos Cabin is a cabin at Bear Mountain in Port Charles, New York.

This is the third of at least six safehouses for the Corinthos mob family.

History

The cabin is first said to be about 45 minutes away from Port Charles but later retconned to be in town. Sonny Corinthos and Carly Spencer used to bring young Michael and Morgan to this cabin.

On February 2017, Carly sends her assistant "Nelle Hayes" to prepare a weekend getaway at the cabin for Sonny and Carly. Nelle is snowed in at the cabin with Michael and they fall in love as they are trapped together.

In August 2020, Nelle returns to the cabin with her son Wiley Corinthos to hide out. Michael finds her at the cabin and rescues his son who was kidnapped by the fugitive Nelle. Nelle runs away and Carly confronts her and Nelle ends up falling off a cliff. Her body is not found but her half heart necklace is on the ground. A police officer looks around the area that Nelle fell and doesn't see the necklace. Later her body is found on the Pennsylvania side of the river and it is concluded that she drowned.

In September 2020, Ava Jerome convinces Sonny to let her have Avery Jerome-Corinthos but she has to agree to stay at the cabin. Once there, Ava hits an intruder on the head with a fire poker and he turns out to be her then-husband Nikolas. They argue briefly before making love in the cabin.

In the meantime, Avery wanders in the woods and finds the necklace, taking it home with her. After Avery is found, she later shows the necklace to Sonny.

On January 26, 2022, Josslyn Jacks, Cameron Webber, Esme Prince, Spencer Cassadine, and Trina Robinson take a road trip to the cabin before Spencer has to spend a month-long sentence in Spring Ridge Prison. During the trip, Esme drugs Trina's hot toddy, and secretly records Cameron and Josslyn's first sexual encounter. She later publicly disseminates the video and frames Trina for the crime.

In February 2023, Valentin Cassadine and Anna Devane hide in this safehouse while they pretend to be dead to trick his villainous father Victor Cassadine.

Martin Grey and Lucy Coe, who Valentin and Anna rescued from Victor's men, stay with them and both Laura Collins and Felicia Scorpio occasionally visit the safehouse, even bringing Valentin's daughter Charlotte Cassadine once for a short reunion.

Eileen Ashby is sometimes blindfolded and brought to the safehouse as she is forced to work with Valentin and Anna against Victor.

Emma Scorpio-Drake stops by the safehouse to say hello to Anna before going to Epiphany Johnson's memorial at General Hospital.

Drew Cain ran into Valentin on a bridge and became part of the plan to take down Victor. He and Sonny both show up later at the cabin with news. When it is revealed that Eileen is dead and Sonny tells Anna no more visitors to the safehouse after he and Drew leave.

Upon hearing that Bobbie Spencer and Maxie Jones have taken it upon themselves to throw the 2023 Nurses' Ball, after several years of hiatus, Lucy sneaks out of the safehouse twice, revealing she's alive to Maxie, and accidentally getting spotted by one of Victor's henchmen.

She dresses up in a former Nurses' Ball gown to watch the livestream. Valentin and Anna have a romantic fantasy due to missing the Ball where he sings and she dances. Upon realizing Victor learned they were alive and their location, they attempt to leave, but are caught by Victor and his goons. Victor insults his son, calling him a disappointment. He agrees to spare them, and Valentin hands over the true Ice Princess necklace - and Victor shoots Anna in the abdomen and leaves. Anna proclaims her love for Valentin before passing out, and he gets her to General Hospital, where their allies against Victor regroup. Victor and his henchman kidnap Liesl Obrecht, Spencer Cassadine, and Ace Prince-Cassadine, taking them out to sea with him on The Haunted Star.
