This upper-class house boasts a state-of-the-art security system and according to Lucy Coe, it's secured like Fort Knox. The property is east facing and gets spectacular lighting in the mornings. There are four bedrooms, two primary suites, a chef's kitchen, tall privacy hedges, and a pool.
In 2023, feeling that he has been an absentee father and wanting to give her a real home, Valentin buys the house and introduces Charlotte and Nina Reeves to it on September 25. It is described as a little more than 2-acre lot, less than half a mile from Winding Road Stables (where Charlotte's beloved horse Butterscotch resides), and a short drive from Port Charles High School. Out on the patio, Valentin points to a location in the yard where he thinks they should put a tennis court.
Charlotte is thrilled, finding the house to be perfect. Valentin is happy she loves it - but is cautious when he asks if it would be okay for his partnerAnna Devane to move in too. Charlotte responds whatever makes him happy.
On April 30, 2024, Valentin reveals to Anna that during Charlotte's therapy she decided she wanted to return to boarding school; she's now back in Switzerland attending her former school, L'Acadรฉmie Oddette.
On June 21, Anna comes over for a dinner date, where Valentin makes her coq au vin. The couple is playing each other, a game of cat-and-mouse, around the criminal Pikeman Security Group organizations. Anna searches his office and is caught by Valentin, but they both play it off. After dinner, they get romantic and admit they still love each other but know they shouldn't. She doesn't know that Jason Morgan is secretly spying on them.
In July, Charlotte surprises her father by showing up at their house. She was not only deprogrammed, but had her eyes opened after witnessing refugee students and hearing their stories. She comes home to PC and apologizes to Anna.
This turn of events causes Anna to reveal her works against Valentin and the WSB for the FBI, warning him he will be arrested. He and Charlotte quickly pack and go on the run, leaving Agent John Cates to storm an empty house.
On March 3, 2025, wanting a permanent address for his daughters, Avery Jerome-Corinthos and Donna Corinthos, Sonny Corinthos is shown the house by Lucy Coe. His eldest daughter, Kristina Corinthos-Davis, meets up with them, telling him the house belongs to Valentin - to which Lucy responds that Martin Grey is handling the sale for Valentin, who claims he's never returning. Kristina then admits that her younger sisters would love it, and Sonny agrees to buy the house.
On March 14, after Sonny is all settled in, Rocco Falconeri visits with his aunt Kristina to see his grandfather's new place. He had been to the house several times before when Charlotte lived there, but Sonny told him that he made a lot of changes to the house and gave him a tour.
On April 17, Sonny hosts a birthday party for his son Dante at the house. Olivia, Lois, Kristina, Donna, Lulu, Rocco, Gio and Danny were all in attendance.
On June 2, following the shocking truth about Gio and his parentage, Gio stops by his paternal grandfathers house, seeking some answers. Sonny admits he had no knowledge of Gio being a relation, nor Brook Lynn being pregnant. When Gio is confused as to why Sonny was always so nice to him, Sonny shares that he knew how special he was from the first moment Lois introduced them. He further explains that Lois is his oldest friend, and the Cerullos are family, so he helped him because that is what family does.
Sonny then informs him that Lois didn't know Dante was his son until after she coordinated putting him with Camilla. The truth about Dante came out much later. He can't defend Lois or her secrets, but it's also the very reason why he and Dante understand what Gio is going through. Sonny says it took time and work for him and Dante to become father and son, just like it may take him time to build a relationship with Dante.
Gio is convinced Dante doesn't like him, that he made that clear after Rocco's alcohol poisoning. Sonny advises not to make decisions in a rash state, and to take some time. Gio wants to know if his grandfather ever stopped hating Olivia for lying to him about Dante. Sonny assures his grandson that he never hated her, but he was angry with her, and it took time to get past that. However, he loves Olivia, and doesn't regret forgiving her.
Sonny then tells Gio he is welcome here if he needs a place to stay. Gio thanks him and says he's going to decide on his own what to do next.
