Cruz Rodriguez replaced Jesse Beaudry as Lucky Spencer's partner on the Port Charles police force. He's a quiet spoken man who is able to see shades of gray in situations. His understanding and kindness are what have earned him respect from those around him.
He helps those in need and can be counted on in a crunch. His private life is very much private. Little is known about him beyond his work on the police force.
