On January 2-3,2020, a woman comes to Sam’s Penthouse greeted herself as Sam new parole officer named Delores Malone who work at the PCPD to make sure Sam’s was well aware of her parole guidelines Delores wasted no time give Sam her parole rules which include she not to be around any firearms and acohol must not be in the penthouse and Sam’s goes to tell her parole officer Delores about being around Jason she get in a rude argument with Sam insisting that Sam stay away from Jason or go back to prison without parole so Sam comes to agreement and then is granted a parton for choosing to stay away from Jason for her kids sake then parole officer Delores leaves but Sam is left heartbroken as Jason walk through the door and with Diane still there as Sam breaks up with Jason and this last time “will ever see each other” as Sam told Jason she not willing to go back to prison for her kids and lose her parole because her parole officer Dolores told her that she not to be with Jason then afterwards Sam and Jason breaks up with kissed and say there goodbyes as Diane helps walk Jason out of the penthouse but not before held there hands up with “love” sign as Jason leaves with Diane and Sam heartbroken.
