The Drakes are a fictional family on the American soap opera General Hospital.
Background
In 1981, Noah Drake arrived as a brain surgeon at General Hospital. After just three years on staff, Noah leaves Port Charles for a surgical position in Atlanta.
In 2005, Robin Scorpio contacts Noah for a case; he instead refers her to his son Patrick Drake who is also a neuro surgeon. After Patrick took a job at GH, Noah returned as well.
In 2008, Noah revealed he had an affair with Patrick’s mother which produced a son, Matt Hunter who later joins them on staff at GH. Later that year, Patrick married Robin Scorpio and she gave birth to their daughter, Emma Scorpio-Drake. Noah, now working with doctors without borders often travels but occasionally returns to visit his son and granddaughter.
In 2012, Robin was presumed dead in an accident, leaving Patrick devastated. A few months later Matt left town when he was sentenced to five years in Pentonville Penitentiary for the murder of Lisa Niles. After Robin was revealed to be alive in 2013, she and Patrick filed for divorce just a year later in 2014. That same year, Sabrina Santiago gave birth to Patrick's second child, a son named Gabriel Santiago. However Gabriel died a month after his premature birth due to complications from an infection.
In 2015, when Patrick discovered Robin was being held captive by Jerry Jacks, he and her parents planned a successful rescue mission. After returning home, Patrick and Robin decide to take Emma and relocate to California, but not before being remarried in front of friends and family.
In 2017, Patrick and Robin welcomed their second child together, a son named Noah Scorpio-Drake.
