Storylines[]
In 2000, A flamboyant gay man named Elton Herbert was introduced as the wedding planner for Ned and Alexis. Elton arranged with Alexis to have a big public wedding complete with press. After many obstacles, they finally made it to the wedding day. As Nikolas escorted her down the aisle, Alexis began to have nightmares about becoming a Quartermaine wife, and fled.
In 2001, Laura enlists the help of Elton as her assistant at Deception Cosmetics and the two get along famously. Amy Vining developed a friendship with Elton but coincidentally she hated his tendency to gossip even though she had the exact same trait.
