The Carnival

In September 2009, Port Charles hosts a carnival at the General Hospital parking lot as a charity for the Michael Corinthos Foundation.

Storyline[]

A reconciled Elizabeth Webber and Lucky Spencer bring Cameron Webber and Jake Webber along, while Jason Morgan and Sam McCall are on a date, bringing them together again.

Jake runs away from Elizabeth just before Jake's great-grandfather, Edward Quartermaine is poisoned and suffers a massive heart attack.

He is driving his car through the carnival at the time, and he loses consciousness so the car crashes into a crowd and kills Andrea Floyd; who ironically was responsible for poisoning Edward herself.

His car also collapses the tent Jake went into, and Jason, Elizabeth, Sam, and Lucky rummage through the debris and are able to find Jake, who is rushed into the hospital with a suspected concussion. Luckily, the doctor gives a clean bill of health, and Jake goes home with his family in good condition.

Dante Falconeri is hospitalized for internal injuries after being hit by Edwards' car while trying to save his brother, Morgan Corinthos.

Max Giambetti was knocked unconscious and sustained minor injuries due to Edwards' car.

Kristina Corinthos-Davis blacked out while trapped under a carnival ride and suffered from a sprained wrist.
