Greystone Manor is the name of is the residence of Carly Spencer in the city of Port Charles, New York. The front room and kitchen underwent remodeling in 2020.

History

This large estate was once the property of Sonny Corinthos and his extensive family. It's a substantial, walled, and gated farm estate in the "Forest Heights" area of Port Charles, featuring expansive grassy areas and numerous gardens. The estate is highly secure and private, boasting a swimming pool, a treehouse, a city harbor view, and a vast park-like backyard. Originally listed for $5 million, Sonny outbid others, including his brother Ric Lansing, to secure it. The estate staff included bodyguards Max Giambetti and Milo Giambetti, along with several generations of the Juarez family, featuring a private maid and cook, Graciela.

Shielded from the road and protected by Sonny's personnel, the estate includes a spacious terrace, exquisite gardens, and an elegant guest house. A Maserati Quattroporte is housed in the large garage.

Greystone Manor made its debut in the 2004 Christmas season when Sonny considered relocating from his penthouse to provide more room for his children, Michael, Morgan, and Kristina. Despite initial security concerns, Sonny purchased Greystone Manor after discovering Ric's interest in it, surprising Michael and Kristina with the new home on January 24, 2005.

In 2005, the mansion's living room was riddled with bullets from a mobster's machine gun while Carly, Sam McCall, Ric, and Sonny were inside.

On May 23, 2007, Connie Falconeri acquired the mansion adjacent to Sonny's, attracted by the lake view, unaware that Sonny would be her neighbor. Connie passed away in 2013.

Drew Cain, believed to be Jason Morgan, and Sam McCall were married at the Manor on September 2, 2016. However, the marriage was later invalidated upon the revelation of Drew's true identity. Sonny and Carly celebrated their vow renewal at this location on August 26, 2019, in the presence of their family. That same year, Jasper Jacks considered buying Connie's mansion next door but opted for a different house close to Sonny's mansion after Sonny acquired Connie's former home.

In 2020, the mansion underwent renovations in the front room and kitchen.

By June 2021, after being exonerated from murder charges and evading capture, Jason moved into Greystone temporarily to remain near his family amid the Corinthos mob family's change in leadership. During the fall of 2021, Josslyn Jacks transitioned to on-campus living at Port Charles University alongside her friends Cameron Webber and Trina Robinson.

Early in 2022, after discovering Sonny's infidelity, Carly initiated divorce proceedings. Sonny consented to relocate to his former penthouse, allowing Carly to retain the manor.

On May 6, 2023, Trina Robinson settled in for the summer at Carly's invitation, due to the closure of the PCU dormitories. Carly later revealed that Josslyn and Trina would be moving into an off-campus apartment with the commencement of the new school year.

On July 5, 2023, Carly confided in Sam her intention to sell the house to cover the $5 million penalty owed to the S.E.C.. The plan was to use the sale proceeds to settle the fine, relocate to a Charles Street condo with Donna, and subsist on the remaining funds. Despite her reluctance to part with a home rich in memories, Carly felt compelled by necessity. Ultimately Carly remains in the manor with Donna.

Greystone Manor is the former residence of T.J. Ashford, Alec Barrett, Brenda Barrett, Dev Cerci, Michael Corinthos, Morgan Corinthos, Sonny Corinthos, Kristina Corinthos-Davis, Mike Corbin, Ava Jerome, Kiki Jerome, Avery Jerome-Corinthos, Leticia Juarez, Molly Lansing-Davis, Duke Lavery, Reese Marshall, Jason Morgan, Sam McCall, Emily Quartermaine, and Claudia Zacchara-Corinthos.
