History

On August 11, 2020, Curtis is tired of Cyrus meeting with Jordan and he mentions 1257 Wilson Avenue to Cyrus. It’s an arts and crafts style house. Curtis says that someone Cyrus cares about lives at that address and Cyrus sends them money every week. He can move that person but Curtis will find them. Curtis says that Cyrus is playing by his rules now.

On October 9, Curtis threatens Cyrus with the Wilson address again and Jordan overhears him. She asks Curtis about the address, but he is interrupted by a call before he can answer.

On November 6, at GH Curtis tells Jordan he will catch a plane to help her with her case against Cyrus. Portia doesn’t understand what they are talking about and they fill her in on the Wilson address which is out west. Jordan pretended to be sick so Cyrus wouldn’t suspect them all being together. Cyrus is sending monthly payments to someone at the Oregon House in five and six figures. Jordan says going to the Pacific Northwest will seem like a vacation for them as they prepare to leave.

On November 10, Jordan and Curtis arrive at the house in Astoria, Oregon. They notice it is abandoned. Curtis says that when he came by months ago, the house was surrounded by guards. He thinks there might be a clue inside.

When they go inside, Jordan finds an oxygen tank and a bottle of medicine in a makeshift hospital room upstairs. She plans to have the medicine tested. Curtis discovers a burned letter in the fireplace. In it Cyrus talks about how he loves the person the letter is addressed to. Suddenly the door opens and Laura walks in.

Curtis and Jordan explain why they are at the house and Laura says she used her trip to D.C. to look for Cyrus too. Jordan confesses she isn't really sick. Curtis tells Laura what they found in the house and how the outside was full of guards when he first went to the house last Spring. He asks Laura to look at a 40 year old redacted case file that Cyrus wanted Jordan to bring him. Laura appears alarmed while reading it but claims she doesn’t recognize it (it is later revealed to be her file regarding the time she accidentally killed David Hamilton). Then she goes outside to call someone (later revealed to be Scott) and says they are in trouble.

On December 1, Jordan downloads Cyrus Renault’s file from a Mexico clinic computer which made the medicine they found at the Astoria house. Jordan tells Curtis the person in the house has the last name Grey. On December 2, Curtis reveals that the patient is Florence Grey.

On December 9, Florence is revealed to be Martin Grey and Cyrus’ mother and she has been moved to a long-term care facility in Vermont.
