On March 10, 2022, Harmony was temporarily recast with Priscilla Garita, who previously portrayed Lupe in 2011.[10] Garita appeared as Harmony from March 10 to March 21, 2022 for a total of three episodes.

On March 11, 2022, Cadranel explained that the reason for the recast was because she had Covid but she was already back as Harmony.[11] Cadranel returned as Harmony on March 23, 2022.

On May 4, 2022, Cadranel exited GH when her character was killed off.[12][13]

Harmony was the ex-girlfriend of Shiloh and part of his cult "Dawn of Day." After the relationship ended, she still loved him. She followed him to Port Charles and begged him to take her back. She even suggested that she move to Port Charles.

It was later revealed that she knows Willow Tait by her real name, Kali Miller. On April 23, 2019, it was revealed that Harmony is Willow’s mother.

On June 19, 2019, it was revealed that Harmony was married before she met Shiloh to Willow’s father, Douglas Miller. They divorced due to her affair with Shiloh and he was later forced out of Dawn of Day and killed by Shiloh through a drug overdose.

On July 11, 2019, Harmony started going by her real name "Lorraine Miller" again and she turned against Shiloh after learning he was responsible for her husband Douglas Miller's death. However, on December 11, she went back to going by "Harmony" because she wanted to focus on the good she has done instead of the mistakes she made as Shiloh's right hand.

On March 13, 2020, it was revealed that Harmony was being blackmailed into working for imprisoned mob boss/drug kingpin Cyrus Renault, who pulled some strings to get her released from Pentonville back in December of 2019.

On August 2, 2021, Harmony showed up at the Quartermaine Mansion for Wiley's third birthday. This made for a tense and awkward confrontation, with Willow fleeing from her mother and Chase kicking Harmony out.

On February 16, 2022, it was revealed that Harmony is not Willow’s mother. Harmony revealed to Alexis Davis that when she and Douglas were a part of a commune in Colorado, there was a woman named Joan who was pregnant and a week after giving birth, she was gone. However, this was a lie.

On April 8, Brendon Byrne revealed that Willow's biological mother is actually Nina Reeves, and that Nina's mother Madeline had arranged for Willow to be given to Harmony.

On May 4, Harmony died from her injuries after she was accidentally hit by Sasha Corbin's car.

On February 11, 2019, Harmony first appeared when Jason Morgan went to Beechers Corners to find out information about an organization called Dawn of Day and their charismatic leader, Shiloh Archer. Jason sought out Harmony because his research had uncovered that she was a close ally of Shiloh's, and she had helped him build DOD, including the Beechers Corners branch. Before DOD, Harmony had been known as Lorraine Miller.

Harmony sang Shiloh's praises and talked about how she and Shiloh had built the local community center from the ground up. Jason was curious if Harmony and Shiloh were romantically involved, but she insisted that they were strictly business partners. She added that DOD was a family. When Jason expressed concern about Shiloh's relationship with new follower Kristina Corinthos-Davis, Harmony assured Jason that Shiloh's warmth and compassionate nature were often misunderstood. It was apparent that Harmony was rattled. Moments later, a local police officer warned Jason that he was not wanted in Beechers Corners.

After Jason left, it was clear that the police officer was sympathetic to DOD. Harmony called Shiloh to alert him that Jason Morgan had paid her a visit. A few days later, Harmony went to Port Charles to warn Shiloh that an "impish fellow" had shown up in Beechers Corners, asking questions. She was certain that Jason had hired the private detective. Shiloh was confident that he had everything well in hand, but Harmony cautioned Shiloh that his arrogance would be his downfall. Harmony worried that he would destroy everything that they had built, so she urged him to stay out of Jason Morgan's way and to leave Jason's ex-wife Sam McCall alone.

On March 13, Harmony returned to Port Charles to attend one of Shiloh's rallies. When they returned to the DOD house, Harmony broached the subject of moving to Port Charles to once again work with Shiloh. Shiloh insisted that she was needed in Beechers Corners then questioned why her chapter had not been taking in more money. Harmony was stunned by Shiloh's callousness, and she reminded him of everything that she had done for him. She showed him the large black symbol that she had tattooed on her lower back, prompting Shiloh to change his tune.

Shiloh assured Harmony that his love for her had only grown stronger. He insisted that it was "pure" and "spiritual," which immediately appeased Harmony. She conceded that she had always known that she would have to "share" Shiloh, but it had been difficult for her. Shiloh advised her to look into herself to find peace in her work. Shiloh shifted gears then asked if Harmony had heard from "her." Harmony appeared to tense, but she quietly shook her head and answered, "No."

A few weeks later, the woman Shiloh had referred to as "her" was revealed to be elementary school teacher Willow Tait. Willow had once been a member of DOD, known as Kali Miller, but she had fled the cult. On April 8, Harmony returned to Port Charles to help initiate Kristina into the elite DOD circle known as the Trust. Shiloh pulled Harmony aside to let her know that he had found Kali then explained that Kali had changed her name to Willow. Harmony seemed surprised, but it wasn't clear if it was because Willow had been found or if it was because Shiloh had found her. Later that evening, Harmony prepared Kristina for the initiation by readying the attic for the special ceremony that would include getting the tattoo that Harmony, Daisy, and Willow each sported on her lower back.

Kristina was unaware that another part of the ceremony would include having sex with Shiloh, but she willingly accepted the drink that Harmony promised would help Kristina relax during the final "reflection" period. Kristina drifted off to sleep, allowing Jason an opportunity to slip in and abduct her. Later, Harmony was forced to reveal that Kristina had vanished -- as had the cup that Kristina had drunk from. Shiloh was not pleased.

On April 23, Harmony tracked Willow down at Kelly's, but Willow was not happy to see her. Harmony admitted that Willow's new name was difficult to get used to, but she assured Willow that Willow would be welcomed back to DOD with open arms. Harmony added that Willow could teach the children, but Willow refused to teach Shiloh's dogma to young children. Willow was furious that her mother had not protected her from Shiloh and the cult.

On June 5, Harmony returned to Port Charles and was horrified that Shiloh had been attacked. Shiloh told her that he is a father and that he needed her help to do whatever it takes to find his child. She later visited Willow and learned by her reaction that the child was alive and that she lied about having a miscarriage. Unbeknownst to either one of them, Willow's baby with Shiloh really did die and was switched with Michael Corinthos' son Jonah. On June 10, Harmony falsely confessed to Shiloh's crimes so he could go free. On June 14, Harmony was remanded to Pentonville Penitentiary and met Nelle Benson.

On July 5, Jason posed as Harmony's lawyer so he could visit her in Pentonville and she learned that Shiloh was responsible for her husband Douglas Miller's death so she finally turned against him. She was temporarily released from Pentonville so she could give her official story to Commissioner Mac Scorpio and his brother D.A. Robert Scorpio. She also started going by her real name Lorraine Miller again and she made an effort to patch things up with Willow.

On July 19, Shiloh visited Lorraine in prison and assured her he made bail thanks to some followers remaining loyal plus he hoped she would follow their example. He told her that if she recanted everything she said about him he will use every resource possible to get her out and they can rebuild and continue "Dawn Of Day" together. Lorraine did not want to and she admitted she now sees him for who he is; a sexual predator.

Lorraine tells Shiloh she is proud of Willow for escaping the cult and she also confessed that she will testify against him and sing like a bird at his trial, even calling him Hank in the process. She warned Hank to stay away from her, Willow, and her "grandson" before telling the guard they were done.

On September 19, Lorraine testified against Shiloh about everything she knew.

On September 30, Willow visited Lorraine in prison and learned that Shiloh is dead and that Sam killed him with a flare gun. Although she was relieved for Willow's and "Wiley's" sake that Shiloh could not hurt anyone else, she did feel a little remorse as she told Nelle about his death.

On December 11, it was revealed that Lorraine was released from Pentonville on early parole due to overcrowding. She went to see Willow in hopes of making amends and said that she tried to go back to being "Lorraine" but said she wasn't that person anymore and she wanted to focus on the good she did as "Harmony" even though she knew that Shiloh was a toxic and corrupt man. She wanted another chance to be a better mother to Willow, one that she deserves.

On December 30, Harmony saw Sam and Willow at Turning Woods and revealed that she got a job there. When they questioned her about receiving invitations to Shiloh's memorial, Harmony told them she had nothing to do with it and she later got invited herself.

On January 14, 2020, at Shiloh's memorial, it was revealed that prior to his death he married Nelle Benson who had just been released from prison on parole since she claimed to have stopped Ryan Chamberlain from escaping from jail. Harmony stood by Willow the whole time and saw Nelle for who she really was.

On March 13, it was revealed that the real reason why Harmony was released from Pentonville on early parole was because of imprisoned mob boss/drug kingpin Cyrus Renault, who was blackmailing her into working for him in return. He was threatening Willow to keep Harmony in line and ordered her to be the go-between for him and Jordan Ashford. Cyrus ordered Harmony to blackmail Jordan into working for him by threatening to harm her (Jordan's) son T.J. if she didn't.

On March 17, Harmony brought her car to a garage ran by Brando Corbin and was surprised to see Jason who wondered what she was doing there. She claimed that there was something wrong with her car and she seemed nervous about being around Jason, who took a look and was surprised to see that her car was brand new. Jason left her in Brando's hands who took a look and revealed that it was nothing serious, it was the gas cap. Harmony opened up to Brando about her past mistakes, her prison time and her early release on parole before he opened up about doing some time himself.

Eventually, after Harmony's car was fixed up, she later went to see Jordan to give her an update on what Cyrus wanted. Jordan later took off to a location and found T.J.'s phone and Harmony showed up to tell her that Cyrus wanted her to move her officers away from a certain location to allow his drug shipments to pass through into Port Charles. Jordan held Harmony at gunpoint and ordered her to take her to T.J. but that plan didn't work and Jordan insisted that they could team up to pull one over on Cyrus but Harmony loved Willow too much to take that chance. Eventually, Jordan went back to her office and gave into his first order for her and moved her officers away.

On March 23, Harmony gave Jordan an update; she said that Cyrus was pleased that she followed through but said that she must free Cyrus from prison and in return he will return T.J. to her. Harmony warned her that she is a dirty cop now and that Cyrus has her right where he wants her.

On March 24, Harmony and Willow had breakfast together at Kelly's and Willow asked her about her new car. Harmony then got nervous and said it was a 2019 model and then when Willow kept asking what was going on Harmony told Willow that when she came into her life she knew she had been given a gift and that she would do anything to protect her. Chase later showed up and Harmony confessed she was glad Willow had him and she asked them to keep each other safe before she left. Willow grew really worried about her since she sounded like it might have been the last time they'd see each other.

On August 10, Harmony visited Willow and her new husband Michael Corinthos at the Quartermaine Mansion and congratulated them on their wedding. Willow stammered that it was a spur of the moment decision, and Harmony understood why Willow didn't associate with her, since she could have jeopardized their custody case. Michael admitted to Harmony that he was close with his uncle Jason, who had admitted that she was working for Cyrus Renault.

When Michael's phone went off and when Michael left the room to answer it, Harmony told Willow that Michael was a good man and that Willow deserved all that Michael had to offer. Harmony then suddenly told Willow to just forget she had been there, and instructed her to do whatever Jason Morgan told her to in order for her to stay safe. Michael came back in the room and told them that Jason had been in a motorcycle crash.

After Harmony left the Quartermaine Mansion, she went to the hospital where she ran into Brando. She simply greeted him before leaving.

On August 2, 2021, during Wiley's third birthday party, Harmony made an unexpected appearance at the Quartermaine Mansion where his party was taking place, knowing her daughter would be there to celebrate it and even had a gift for Wiley. When arriving she was immediately confronted by Willow and Detective Chase as to why she would have the nerve to show her face. Harmony tries explaining her position that she wants to make amends after all the pain and trauma she had caused Willow, through her dealings with Shiloh, including but not limiting being indirectly responsible for Willow's dad's death. After making a few more failed attempts to explain herself, she is harshly sent out and bitterly told to leave by both Willow and Chase. She does so.

That same day, it's revealed that she got a job as a health aide at Spring Ridge, and personally sees to the locked-in Ryan Chamberlain.

Over the next few months when Alexis Davis was serving time in Spring Ridge, she formed a friendship with Alexis.

On November 8, Alexis was pardoned for her crime and was released from Spring Ridge.

On February 16, 2022, it was revealed that Harmony is not Willow’s mother. Harmony revealed to Alexis that when she and Douglas were a part of a commune in Colorado, there was a woman named Joan who was pregnant and a week after giving birth, she was gone. Harmony also revealed that she and Douglas thought about Joan coming back and claiming the baby all the time and when Willow was two, they couldn’t stand the thought of losing her so they left the commune and Colorado all together.

On March 10, Harmony (temporarily portrayed by Priscilla Garita) went to The Savoy to spend time with Alexis and Diane Miller.

On March 18, Harmony met with Nina Reeves, who wanted her to talk to Willow and Michael on her behalf about them letting her visit Wiley. After Nina tried to convince her that it would be a win-win for both of them, Harmony agreed to help. Later on, Harmony learned that Willow collapsed at the hospital so she rushed over there to be with her. When Willow was recovering, Harmony tried to get a doctor to see her, but eventually Willow had Harmony go down to the cafeteria to get her a sandwich. After she came back up, Harmony stayed with Willow to make sure she was recovering.

On March 23, Harmony (back to being portrayed by Inga Cadranel) asked Spencer Cassadine if he would play a game of chess with Ryan. After Spencer reluctantly agreed, Ryan (through Harmony) was hoping to be friends with Spencer, but Spencer refused.

On March 29, it was revealed that Harmony broke into Alexis' house back in August 2020 and injected Dr. Neil Byrne with a needle full of opioids which was what killed him.

On April 8, while having lunch at with Willow at the Metro Court, she received a threatening text from Neil's brother, Brendon Byrne asking Harmony to meet him at the pier. When she met with Brendon, he told Harmony that he found his brother Neil's notes with his sessions with her and learned what she had done, it was then revealed that she and Madeline Reeves stole Nina Reeves and Silas Clay's twin daughters, Nelle Benson and Willow before selling them to the black market. Nelle ended up with Frank Benson in Florida with Phyllis and Willow ended up with Harmony and her husband Douglas Miller. Then Brendon told her to give him the money or else he is going to see Nina and Willow to tell them the truth.

On April 15, Harmony agreed on the phone to meet Brendon at Rana Point. Once there, Harmony pulls a large syringe out of her purse and hides it behind her back as Brendon arrives. She gives him $1000 and he says that isn’t enough. They fight and the syringe falls out of her purse when he pushes her away. Brendon suspected it had heroin like his brother's overdose. He realizes Harmony killed his brother and she attempts to strangle Brendon until he accidentally falls off the edge of the point to his death.

On April 18, Harmony took her medical file from Brendon's Metro Court suite by using the key card he had in his satchel that he left on the ground at Rana Point. One file shows that Harmony was Neil's patient on June 1, 2016. She is questioned by Maris, a maid who is walking by and Harmony shows Maris her key card to prove she is at her own room. Then she goes down to the Metro Court Restaurant and runs into Willow at the bar. Willow can tell Harmony is upset about something from the way she is speaking like she is leaving.

On April 25, Carly Corinthos found out that Harmony isn’t Willow's mother after catching her trying to burn her file that Neil had on her. Harmony drugged Carly, kidnapped her and took her to a cliff. Harmony told Carly that she never meant for it to go this far but after everything she’s done to protect Willow, she can’t stop now. Harmony planned to put Carly in the driver's seat and make the car drive off the cliff at Rana Point but Alexis (temporarily portrayed by Stephanie Erb) showed up and wondered what Harmony was doing. Harmony wondered how Alexis found her and Alexis knew it was because she had described Rana Point when she was drunk the night before.

Harmony started spiraling out of control and revealed that she wished Brendon never came to Port Charles. When Alexis wondered what she meant, Harmony revealed that Brendon was blackmailing her because he found out from Neil's file that she wasn't Willow's biological mother. She revealed that she tried to pay him money but it wasn't enough, they struggled and he fell off the cliff. Alexis was horrified to learn that Harmony killed Brendon and when Alexis wondered how she knew Neil since she was his patient, Harmony finally confessed that she killed Neil because he planned to tell Willow the truth about who she really was, which also horrified Alexis. Harmony revealed that she tried to avoid Alexis when she first came to Spring Ridge but when she saw that Alexis needed a friend, she befriended her in order to try to make up for killing Neil, which made Alexis mad and she reminded Harmony that she killed two people. Carly then started banging on the back door of her car and Alexis wondered who was in the car, but Harmony lied and said no one was back there before she promised to leave town and never bother Alexis again. Alexis pretended to believe her and said she wouldn’t stop her, but then she opened the tailgate and saw Carly in the back.

Alexis demanded to know what Carly had anything to do with this so Harmony said that Carly caught her burning the papers and she knew too much, but now Alexis did too so she said she couldn’t let her leave. Harmony and Alexis got into a struggle and Harmony screamed that she just wanted to be her friend and that she was not a murderer. After Alexis got Harmony off of her, Harmony went to blame everyone else for her actions. When Alexis called Harmony "Lorraine", Harmony tried to kill her but Carly saved Alexis and held Harmony back as Alexis called 9-1-1.

Realizing that she was a fugitive, Harmony escaped on foot and looked at a picture of Willow and Wiley before she tried to make her way to them. However, Sasha Corbin accidentally hit Harmony with her car and she was badly injured. Sasha and Gladys Corbin tried their best to keep Harmony alive as a photographer was harassing Sasha. Once the paramedics and the P.C.P.D. got there and took Sasha's statement, Harmony was taken to the hospital.

Once Harmony was taken to the hospital, Willow and Michael learned from Carly about Harmony's accident and came to the hospital. Dr. T.J. Ashford took Harmony down to an O.R. to perform surgery on her but they couldn’t finish because she became hypertensive, so they had to stop surgery and take her to the I.C.U.. T.J. told Willow, Michael and Carly that Harmony had to stay calm no matter what, so Willow and Michael went to visit her, only to find Alexis there. Alexis offered Willow her condolences before leaving the room.

When Willow went inside, she talked to Harmony and pleaded with her to wake up - plus while she reminded Harmony about what she's done in the past, she said she still loves her and she promised to let her see Wiley. Harmony later woke up which relieved Willow. T.J. took the ventilator off of her but reminded Willow to make sure that Harmony stays calm. Harmony weakly told Willow she's sorry and she tried to tell Willow the truth, but her monitor started beeping so Willow tried to calm her down before T.J. gave her a sedative.

Later on, Harmony woke up and saw Carly outside of her I.C.U. room, so she signaled for Carly to come in. Carly told Harmony that Willow knows she tried to kill her and Alexis but she doesn't know that she's not Harmony's daughter. Harmony tearfully apologized for trying to kill her and Alexis and said that if she had just told the truth then things may be different. Carly tried to keep Harmony calm as Harmony told Carly to protect Willow from her real mother. When Carly asked if Willow's mother was someone she knows, Harmony finally revealed that Willow was a half and said Nelle's name. When Carly wondered what Nelle had to do with this, she realized that Harmony was trying to tell her that Nina is Willow's biological mother and Nelle is Willow's twin. Harmony pleaded with Carly to protect Willow from Nina right before her monitors started beeping again. T.J. and a few other nurses tried to revive Harmony, but unfortunately they weren’t successful and she flatlined. T.J. called it and pronounced Harmony dead at 10:53 PM.

Carly found Willow and Michael and told them that they need to get back to the I.C.U. and when they got there, they saw T.J. looking remorseful. When Willow guessed that Harmony's gone, T.J. said that they did everything they could and offered his condolences. Willow was devastated and cried as Michael comforted her. They then went to see Harmony's body and Willow told her that she forgives her. She also promised that she would make sure Wiley knew the good memories of Harmony.

On May 4, 2022 (shown on May 5, 2022), Detective Dante Falconeri came to visit Willow Tait and Michael Corinthos at the Quartermaine Gatehouse. When he was there, he finally revealed to Willow that Harmony was not her biological mother and that she was the one who killed Dr. Neil Byrne back in 2020, plus she also killed Neil's brother, Brendon Byrne. Willow didn’t believe it at first, but she later realized that it made sense in a scary way. Dante asked Willow if she would provide a DNA sample to prove that Harmony was not her mother but Michael and Willow asked if it could wait. Dante agreed to wait so he left.

When Dante was gone, Willow begged Carly Corinthos to tell her anything that Harmony told her before she died. Carly remembered figuring out that Nina Reeves is Willow's biological mother but she didn't tell Willow.

On May 11, Alexis Davis visited Willow and Michael to talk about Harmony. When Michael took off, Alexis revealed that she knew Harmony wasn’t Willow's mother since Harmony came to her back in February and told her the story of how a pregnant woman named Joan gave birth on the commune in Colorado before Joan disappeared a week later. Willow asked Alexis if she believed what Harmony told her and Alexis said that she started having doubts about Harmony's story. Willow was angry about the situation but she said that it wasn't Alexis' place to tell the truth - it was Harmony's. Willow later wondered if her dad, Douglas Miller knew what Harmony did, so Alexis said they'll never know. Willow planned to find out who her birth parents really are.
