Home & Heart is a shopping channel in the world of General Hospital. The Deception Cosmetics team appears on the channel often where their products are best sellers.

On June 30, the paparazzo Felty calls Sasha and says in order to cover her appearance on Home & Heart, he needs credentials to be granted access. Sasha flashes back to holding her late sonLiam Corbin and says she will help Felty if he helps her in return.
On July 5, Sasha goes to the set of Home & Heart to appear on Haven de Havilland's show "A Little Bit of Haven". A surprise guest Flora Gardens appears and is selling a baby papoose. She has Sasha put it on and adds a baby doll. Sasha hallucinates she is holding Liam in the papoose. Brando comes up and makes Sasha realize it is a doll. She starts to freak out and Lucy Coe chases away Felty who is filming Sasha's breakdown.
Selina Wu is a major investor in Deception and she comes to the set when she saw Sasha's breakdown on TV. Flora is apologetic about Sasha's reaction but Haven says Sasha should have been more professional. Selina convinces Haven to apologize to avoid bad publicity and tells Lucy she expects to make money on her Deception stock.
On May 10, 2023, Maxie tells Felicia that they are lucky Home & Heart is letting them pitch their products again after what happened last time. She isn't feeling well but tells Felicia that calling in sick at the last minute isn't an option. Maxie wants Sasha to showcase their new product "The Deceptor" wand on the show. Gladys is against it, but Sasha convinces the others she can handle it.
On May 15, 2023 at the H&H set, Flora approaches Sasha and the Deception team who are to make a new product pitch. She apologizes for her part in Sasha's breakdown from before, even though she was an unwitting participant. Sasha forgives her and doesn't blame her and Flora tells them about her newest product to pitch today "Change Your Moody" baby bath salts. She wonders why they were both booked for today as she is still pitching baby products for mothers. Brook Lynn then realizes Haven and the producers are going to sabotage Sasha.
While on-air, segment producer Russell has sounds of baby cries played on Sasha's earpiece to start. Sasha rises above the sabotage and does well in the segment. Immediately after, she threatens Haven with a law suit and joins her colleagues where she tells then what happened. Flora overhears and lobs accusations at Haven. The hostess lies and denies what happened, but Flora quits and storms away, with Haven chasing after her.
The Deception team returned to H&H on December 28 - promising no sabotage and that producer Russell was fired- with the set dressed with a Western theme inspired by Monument Valley. While there, Lucy and her exScott Baldwin - an attorney now on the company's legal team - begin their revenge scheme against Tracy Quartermaine. Maxie's motherFelicia Scorpio also shows up, worrying Cody who suspects she knows he lied that he isn't her husbandMac's son. This is confirmed when Sasha witnesses Felicia steal some of Cody's hair from his brush in the makeup area.
On April 12, 2024, Deception is once again onset to hawk their products. Haven wonders where their new model, Blaze is, and Lucy states she will be on camera instead. Haven looks for her producer to discuss this news; Maxie blames Lucy for them losing Sasha. They bicker about how inspirational Sasha was. Lucy isn't. Maxie suggests that Lucy's love affair with herself is the real problem, and Lucy admits that she's still on edge about Tracy undermining them. Maxie says that if they keep fighting, they will destroy Deception themselves.
Haven returns, announcing the segment is canceled as Lucy is not a suitable replacement for Sasha; she refuses to go on air with an amateur, to which Lucy is appalled and brags about the Nurses' Ball. Haven relents for Maxie, but the segment goes off the rails as Lucy starts bragging about herself on camera, even rambling about being in protective custody the previous year. Maxie makes a facepalm and nearly faints.
With Lucy tanking live (and Scott showing up and being no help at all), Brook Lynn and her mother, Lois Cerullo, race to get Sasha to the studio to save the segment. She does - complete in overalls, no makeup, and now working in stables - but the audience loves her and the products quickly start selling again.
