Jack Wagner is an American actor, known for portraying Director Frisco Jones on General Hospital.

Biography[]
Wagner was born in 1959 in Missouri.
His first acting role was in 1982 as Clint Masterson in a short-lived cable soap series A New Day In Eden.
Wagner's most famous acting role has been on General Hospital, playing Frisco Jones from 1983-1988, 1989-1991, and 1994-1995. It is reported that Wagner is coming back in February 2013 to GH.
He appeared in several made for television films including Moving Target with Jason Bateman; Lady Killer with Judith Light; Frequent Flyer with Joan Severance, Nicole Eggert and Shelley Hack and Dirty Little Secret opposite Tracey Gold.
In between his stints on GH, Wagner acted on Santa Barbara from 1991-1993. After GH, Wagner appeared in Melrose Place as Dr Peter Burns from 1994-1999, and he played Nick Marone on CBS' The Bold and The Beautiful from 2003-2012. Wagner also appeared on Sunset Beach (1997) and NBC's Titans (2000). In 2014, he landed a role as Bill Avery in the Hallmark series When Calls The Heart.
Wagner has been nominated for Best Younger Actor in 1985 and Best Lead Actor in 2005 for his roles on GH and B&B, respectively. Wagner was announced as a contestant on Season 14's Dancing With the Stars. He placed 11th out 12 contestants.
Wagner is also a rock/pop singer/musician, having concert tours in the 1980s. He has released five albums.
Personal life[]
Wagner has two adult sons with his ex-wife Kristina Wagner, and reunited with his biological daughter Kerry in 2011. Kerry's mother had given her up for adoption at birth, and Kerry sought out her biological parents.
Jack and Kristina Wagner were married from December 1993-February 2001 and 2004-2005/6.
