Dante and Lulu decide to buy a house and with Sonny's help (unknowingly) they buy one in August 2016. They formerly lived together at the Falconeri Loft and wanted a bigger space for their family. Dante moved out when he left town for P.T.S.D. treatment and divorced Lulu in 2019.
On October 9, 2020, Lulu invited her long-term boyfriendDustin to move in - to which he agreed...and that very same day, Dante showed up after being gone a year. Dante's mother Olivia invited him to live at the Quartermaine Mansion.
On October 27, Dustin agrees to move in with Lulu.
In November, Dustin and Lulu were caught in an explosion at The Floating Rib. Dustin was killed and Lulu lapsed into a coma due to a cerebral edema. She was moved into Silver Water Aftercare, an medical institute in Manhattan. Rocco moved into the Q mansion with his dad[1], and Charlotte is now living with her father, Valentin, at the Cassadine House.
As of 2021, Dante and Rocco have moved back into their house.
In June 2022, Dante's childhood friend from camp Cody Bell briefly crashes on Dante's couch while recovering from a beating which left him with bruised ribs. In August 2022, Dante (who is dating Sam) agrees to move into Sam's penthouse with his son Rocco. In September 2022, Dante moves into Sam's penthouse and gets a call from Connor, a former neighbor, who says his brother is interested in buying Dante's old house.
On July 28, 2023, after visiting Lulu at Silver Water, Charlotte tells Dante that she misses their old home. She talks about how weird it was to go by the house and see it so empty, with all the furniture covered in sheets, suggesting that the house has not yet been sold. Charlotte tells Dante that she wishes someone could live in their old home because that's what Lulu would want.
On August 10, 2023, Sam comes to visit Winslow Garden Apartments and suggests the Falconeri House for Maxie Jones and her brood to move into. After sharing the idea with Dante, he agrees, and Maxie goes to look at the house on September 1, with her mom, Georgie, and James. Georgie is reticent to move into "Aunt Lulu's" house, but eventually agrees and wants to paint her room purple.
By September 11, the Jones family has officially moved in and bought new furniture.
On Christmas Eve 2023, Spinelli moves in after a pipe bursts at his place, to help with childcare and he insists on paying rent. Georgie is ecstatic her father will be living with her. This turns out to be a plan created by Spinelli and Felicia to help Maxie with her expenses.
On February 27th, 2024, after sharing a kiss and admitting they still love each other, Spinelli reveals the "pipes bursting" was a ruse as part of a plan to move in with her and the kids, and help with expenses. This angers Maxie who kicks him out.
On May 30, Maxie tells Spinelli she's missed having him around and would love him to move back in. Kicking him out was an overreaction. Spinelli declines, stating he loves her and wants them to be a couple. She admits she's not ready to share a bedroom yet, but wants to be a couple eventually, meanwhile he can live in the guest room. Spinelli states he can wait as long as needed, that nothing would delight him more than being with his family. As they kiss, the kids return with ice cream and the parents announce he's moving back in.
