Julie Hanan Carruthers is a television producer. She was a producer of General Hospital and executive producer of its spinoff Port Charles. Carruthers would go on to executive producer All My Children from October 27, 2003 until the show's end on September 23, 2011. In 2024, Carruthers was appointed as an executive producer for the CBS soap opera The Gates.
