Llanview, Pennsylvania is the fictional setting of the ABC soap operaOne Life to Live. It is said to be a suburb of Philadelphia, making it around a six hour drive between Port Charles and Llanview.
Numerous characters from Llanview have relocated to or visited Port Charles, New York, and vice versa. Following the cancellation of One Life to Live,Téa Delgado's Llanview residence was showcased on General Hospital as part of a baby switch plotline in 2012. Additionally, there have been various other crossovers between the two towns.
Marco Dane - Marco left Llanview and moved to Port Charles as a private investigator working for Tracy Quartermaine. (in PC September 1992 to 1993)

Skye Chandler-Quartermaine - Skye left Pine Valley and went to Llanview and found her birth mother, Rae. She left Llanview with Rae to go to Port Charles to find her believed-to-be birth father Alan Quartermaine. Alan adopted Skye, and she has since returned at times to be with her adoptive family. Hope Manning-Thornhart - Hope came to Port Charles with her mother Starr and father Cole when their flight was redirected. She died in a car accident, along with her father, minutes after arriving. (in PC February 2012)
Starr Manning - Starr came to Port Charles with her daughter Hope and boyfriend Cole when their flight was redirected. She decided to stay in town to get justice for Cole and Hope's deaths. Starr remained in Port Charles until March 2013 when she received a call from Langston Wilde and suddenly leaves town. It is implied that Hope and Cole turned up alive in Los Angeles and Starr went into hiding with them. (in PC February 2012 to March 2013)
Blair Cramer - Blair left Llanview when she heard about her daughter Starr, granddaughter Hope, and Cole's car accident and came to Port Charles. She frequently returned to visit Starr. (in PC March 2012; July 2012) Blair made her return to Port Charles in September 2023, disclosing that she is the third ex-wife of Martin Grey. The divorce was initiated by Martin following Blair's affair with her former uncle-in-law, David Vickers. In a discussion with Tracy Quartermaine, Blair shared that her youngest son, Sam, is beginning college, her elder son, Jack Manning, has been troublesome, and she has resorted to using money to address his problems.
Todd Manning - Todd fled Llanview after jumping bail for the alleged murder of his twin brother, Victor Lord, Jr., upon learning that his daughter Starr was injured. He was apprehended and returned to Llanview by Police Lieutenant John McBain. However, he went back to Port Charles after being exonerated of his murder charge, and Starr faced charges for the attempted murder of Sonny Corinthos. Choosing to stay in town to be close to his daughter, Todd began to put roots in Port Charles and brought his Llanview company Manning Enterprises setting up base in the Metro Court Hotel. However, after receiving an urgent call from his daughter, Danielle Manning. Todd hastily made his way back to Llanview in March 2013, taking Manning Enterprises with him. John McBain - John departed from Llanview to apprehend Todd Manning, who had skipped bail. He then chose to remain in Port Charles with the aim of dismantling Sonny Corinthos' operations. Téa Delgado - Téa arrived in Port Charles from Llanview to defend Starr, who faced charges for the attempted murder of Sonny Corinthos. During her stay, she delivered her son, Victor Lord III, who tragically passed away soon after birth. In a twist of fate, her baby was switched with Danny Morgan by Heather Webber and Todd Manning. After a period back in Llanview, Téa returned to Port Charles following her baby's kidnapping. Ultimately, she went back to Llanview upon discovering that the baby she thought was hers, was not. Nora Buchanan - Nora came to Port Charles to represent Valentin Cassadine on a custody case for his daughter Charlotte Cassadine. She has also represented Kevin Collins after he was charged with aiding and embedding his brother Ryan Chamberlain.
