The Metro Court Pool & Lounge is located on the sunken rooftop of the Metro Court Hotel in the city of Port Charles.

The Metro Court Pool and Lounge first appeared on July 15, 2021.[1] It is usually a fixture for the summer season.[2] It is open exclusively for hotel guests and residents, as well as citizens who sign up for memberships.
It also has a juice bar, which serves sparkling green tea infused with mango as a house specialty. Trina loves them, and Carly wanted the alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to be as good as each other.
Josslyn Jacks worked as the primary pool lifeguard in 2024 and in 2025, Gio Palmieri took over the role.

The pool is open! (2023)
On July 15, 2021, Carly Spencer tells Portia Robinson that she and Olivia Quartermaine remodeled the roof of the Metro Court to add a pool and cabana bar. After the dark last year everyone had, it was needed.
Joey Novak arrives at the pool and talks to Carly about Jason Morgan not scaring him off. Brando Corbin sees Carly getting upset and tells Joey that any Novak can take their car to Brando's garage to get it worked on for free. Joey is pleased with this response and leaves.
The pool was last seen on September 22 when Josslyn Jacks and Trina Robinson hang out there at night. Josslyn says that summer went by so fast and it's hard to believe that the pool is already closed for the season.

The pool was next seen on May 27, 2022 when Rory Cabrera went there and ran into Trina.
On May 31, a Society Setups fundraiser and singles mixer took place at the pool. Britt Westbourne, Brad Cooper, Drew Cain, Damian Spinelli, Dante Falconeri, Sam McCall, Brook Lynn Quartermaine, Harrison Chase, and Austin Gatlin-Holt were in attendance. Terry Randolph arrives while Britt gets drunk and makes an announcement that the "one true love" theory is a fictional idea. A plane flies overhead and a man parachutes into Britt, knocking her into the pool. Maxie Jones assumes it was a stunt that was arranged by the party. Dante recognizes the man and calls him Cody. Then Cody recognizes Dante and laughs that he became a cop. He was told the pool was supposed to be empty during his skydiving gig. Brad flirts with Cody while offering him a towel as Cody only has shorts on. Spinelli is impressed with the stunt but Britt is upset that Cody almost drowned her and she demands Dante arrest him. Dante cuffs Cody and takes him away. Britt seems to be attracted to Cody despite their introduction.
On August 24, after Trina was exonerated for the heinous crime Esme Prince framed her for, Portia Robinson and Curtis Ashford visit the pool to relax and enjoy themselves. It's then that Curtis proposes to Portia - who giddily accepts.
On September 16, Britt and Brad hang out at the pool and they mention that it is the last day that the pool is open.

The pool was reopened on June 1, 2023 where couples Spencer & Trina and Dex & Josslyn hang out and swim. Spencer and Dex call a truce and train together.
On June 8, after getting confronted by Sonny over "betraying" Carly, and Olivia standing up for him and asking Ned forgiveness for not believing him, Ned accidentally overheard that Nina Reeves was the anonymous source who turned Carly and Drew into the SEC. He confronts her as she begs him to stay quiet. He spies his mother and Drew and saunters over to share the information, when he trips on a towel, hits his head, and falls unconscious into the pool. Drew quickly pulls him out and the paramedics arrive. Ned remains unconscious, put deeper even into a "twilight sleep" at the hospital as he had a TBI and brain swelling. He unfortunately wakes without personal memories, believing himself to be his 90s rockstar persona "Eddie Maine."
On June 15, The Ashford family celebrates Curtis' 50th birthday, now with Trina as his daughter. Curtis received a handmade frame from Trina, for missing out on her childhood, and an art print of the famous Harlem Savoy, after which his club is named. During the party, several more truths are revealed - Curtis kissed Jordan who pulled away, Zeke slept with Jordan, Curtis was going to never reveal the kiss to Portia, and Zeke warned Trina away from letting Curtis get too close.
On July 7, Dante spots a sniper from a window while at the pool. Curtis is hit by a ricocheted bullet and taken to GH.
On July 19, Sasha is interviewed at the pool for "Deception." When she confides to Gladys about her nerves, her mother-in-law manipulates her into taking more of the pills her therapist prescribed, then Gladys goes to Cody to argue with him. Sasha takes the pills, and then hallucinates that Cody is the evil Cyrus Renault. She grabs a serrated knife and stabs Cody, thinking she's stopping Cyrus.
On August 16, Trina and Ava Jerome meetup, where Trina admits she turned down further internship opportunities at The Chuck and asks for her job back at the Jerome Gallery. Ava happily complies welcoming her back - and Spencer, with Ace in the pool, calls for his girlfriend to join them. She does, and they enjoy time with Ace, not knowing that Esme showed up, intent to win Spencer back. When Trina confides she still worries about her mom, he is supportive and convinces her to be with her mom. They kiss and she leaves, and Esme interrupts, taking off her coverup to entice him, making Spencer is uncomfortable.
On the evening of August 17, the MC hosts a luau at the pool, with many PC couples in attendance.

On June 5, 2024, Josslyn is a lifeguard when the pool opens and Gio Palmieri is a pool attendant. Josslyn accidentally pushes Gio into the pool and when Gio exits the pool all wet, Trina thinks of Spencer. Josslyn introduces him to Trina.
Maxie Jones and her kids, Georgie Spinelli, and James West pick up Violet from the wake and taker her with them to the pool. Spinelli joins them and it becomes a family day.
The next day, Nina shows up, to the delight of her grandson Wiley Corinthos. He's there with his mom, Willow Corinthos and great-uncle Drew. Drew and Willow are both pleasant to her. Dex shows up, which pleases Josslyn, and he asks her on a date, wanting to start up their relationship again.
On June 17 (15th in-universe), friends and family gather for Willow Corinthos' surprise flamingo themed birthday party by the pool. It is here that Willow is happy to let her mother, Nina, attend the party, Drew announces he's petitioned to change his surname to Quartermaine, and will be running for congress. Michael is surprised and concerned, but Willow is thrilled and asks that everyone vote for him as their birthday present to her.
On July 30, another birthday party is thrown - this time a shark-themed party for Wiley Corinthos turning 8.
On August 1, after arguing in Ava's hotel room, a very pregnant Kristina Corinthos-Davis trips over the John Cates' overnight bag and loosing her balance, falls through the closed window and into the rooptop pool, unconscious - to the horror of the gathered patrons.
On June 3, the pool reopens. Joss arrives and spots Trina and Trina's boyfriend Kai Taylor by the pool. Trina invites her to join them, but Emma Scorpio-Drake is there too and not happy to see her.
Emma notes Professor Henry Dalton's presence near the juice bar, and wonders if they are keeping Joss from something? Joss says she has to work today and walks over to Dalton. Emma complains to Trina that she knows Joss is her bestie, but Joss sabotaged her and stole her job. Trina insists that Joss wouldn't take a job she didn't earn. Kai and Trina then hit the pool.
Jenz Sidwell and Jordan Ashford meet with Henry Dalton. Sidwell informs Jordan that the professor at PCU is doing cutting-edge research. Henry introduces Joss to Jordan and Sidwell. Joss already knows Jordan, who explains to Sidwell that Joss is Carly's daughter.
Sidwell invites Joss to join them, and Henry praises Joss for passing his rigorous screening process. He learned the hard way that he needs complete trust in his team. He also informs Joss that Sidwell has generously funded his new batch of research. At Sidwell's suggestion, Henry explains he's working on a new type of clean energy.
Meanwhile, Trina and Kai push Emma to join them in the pool. She does, and with interest, Dalton watches Emma ditch her robe and enter the pool in her bikini. Emma gives him an obvious look back.
On June 4, Gio Palmieri reveals that he is now working at the pool as a lifeguard, after completing all of the classes and training. He's trying to earn enough money to not have to live permanently at the Devane Apartment. He then notices his grandfather, Sonny Corinthos and Mayor Laura Collins meeting at the pool. He approaches and accuses Sonny of spying on him - when Laura interjects that they're friends and she invited Sonny.
Suddenly, the irritating Councilman Ezra Boyle shows up with his phone and tells them to smile as he's live-streaming this to the people of Port Charles. He again notes that their illustrious mayor is meeting with Port Charles' very own mob boss.
On the loungers, the professor walks over to Emma, and mentions that the last time they spoke, she was upset about the job. He had no idea it meant that much to her. Emma admits she is jealous of how close Joss gets to work with him this summer. She then suggests they could meet up sometime soon. She would love to talk about what they discussed in class. Dalton agrees, saying he looks forward to it.
Gio approaches Emma and asks about Dalton. She tells him that he's the "famous Professor Dalton." She asks if he watching her, and Gio confirms Dalton can't seem to take his eyes off her.
Meanwhile, Sonny tells Ezra he's in no mood, as Ezra reminds the audience watching to vote for him for mayor, and yes on Measure C! Suddenly, Gio "accidentally" knocks into Ezra while carrying a stack of towels. Ezra falls blundering into the pool, and Laura jokes with Sonny that she likes his new grandson.Employees[]
