A.D.A. Abby Mitchell (1993) - Portrayed by Robin Christopher. An assistant district attorney of Port Charles. She tried Dr. Ryan Chamberlain after he murdered the prior D.A. Jessica Holmes.

Bernard "Bernie" Brightwood (1992) - Portrayed by Robert Casper. Accompanied Walter Wyndham to a meeting with Scott and Lucy.

Cassandra Conway (1990) - Reporter for The National Inquisitor, who was recruited by Lucy Coe to publish an article claiming Monica was unwell after her affair with Alan was published by a rival newspaper.

Chad Wainright (1990) - Portrayed by Casey Biggs. Lawyer for Olivia during her 1990 trial.

Cindy (9/25/1992) - Portrayed by Christie Clark. Robin's friend.

Craig (1990) - Portrayed by Donnie Jeffcoat. A 16 year old student Robin Scorpio went to a dance & hung out with.

Danny Zacharowitz (1995) - Portrayed by David Gianopoulos. Lover of Lois Cerullo.

Elliot Thompson (1999) - (flashback). Lila Quartermaine's fiancé in 1942 who she hit over the head with a fireplace poker and killed in self-defense. Edward tried to take the blame for his death but Lila confessed.

Francis - Sonny's bodyguard.

Gary (1992) - Portrayed by Blake Bohner. Gary was an ambulance driver at GH. He dated nurse Amy Vining and supported her during her breast cancer scare.

General Stark (9/7-10/10/1990) - Portrayed by Jon G. Hertzler. Worked for Presidente Commargo of the country of Santo Moro. Wanted him dead so he could take over Santo Moro.

Gerald Moore, Jr. (2/23/1994) - Cousin of Lois Cerullo.

Gloria Shelby (1990) - Former boss of Wendy Masters at Green Meadows Spa. Blackmailed Wendy for money to keep quiet about Monica Quartermaine and Ned Quartermaine's affair.

Grandma Cerullo (1994-95) - Portrayed by Vanna Savani. Mother of Carmine Cerullo.

Grandpa Cerullo (1994-95) - Portrayed by Mike Robelo. Father of Carmine Cerullo.

James (1992-1994) - Portrayed by Roger Lodge. James was an employee at the Port Charles Hotel.

Johnny O'Brien (1997-2001) - Portrayed by Scott Egan. Johnny was a bodyguard for Sonny. He was killed.

Katherine Crawford (1993) - Portrayed by Nancy Sullivan. Katherine Crawford was a childhood friend of Scott Baldwin's late wife, Dominique Stanton. Katherine Bell came to town and impersonated Katherine Crawford until Lucy Coe exposed Katherine Bell's true identity by bringing the real Katherine Crawford to town.

Linda Walker (1993) - (flashback). Ryan Chamberlain's fiancée who he killed by running over.

Louie Cerullo (1994-95) - Portrayed by Tony Mangano. Brother of Lois, Mark, Francine & Chuck Cerullo. Husband of Didi and father of Angie.

Madame Maia Montebello (1995-1996) - Portrayed by Anita Dangler. Madame Maia was a phony psychic hired by Damian Smith to con Lucy Coe. Mac Scorpio and Dr. Kevin Collins went undercover as women, Eve and Norma, to infiltrate Maia's seminar and expose her as a fraud.

Mark Cerullo (2/23/1994-95) - Portrayed by Richard Tanner. Son of Carmine and Gloria Cerullo. Brother of Lois, Louie, Francine & Chuck Cerullo. Husband of Noreen & father of twins Patrick & Vincent Cerullo.

Matt Reynolds (1997-4/30/1997) - Portrayed by Jonathan Bouck. Drug dealer who dated Emily Quartermaine and got her hooked on Dr. Pierce Dorman's drugs who later killed him and made his death look like an overdose.

Noreen Cerullo (1994-95) - Portrayed by Rae Dubow. Sister-in-law of Lois Cerullo and Louie, Francine & Chuck Cerullo. Wife of Mark Cerullo & mother of twins Patrick & Vincent Cerullo.

Nurse Betsy Chilson (1991) - Portrayed by Kristin Davis. Betsy was a nurse at GH who became friends with Dawn Winthrop and Meg Lawson.

Nurse Charlotte "Charlie" Ahearn (1991-1992) - Portrayed by Whitney Kershaw. Charlie Ahearn was a nurse at GH.

Patrick Cerullo (1994) - Portrayed by Jason Himber. Grandson of Carmine and Gloria Cerullo. Son of Mark & Noreen & twin brother of Vincent Cerullo. Nephew of Lois Cerullo.

Presidente Commargo (9/7-10/10/1990) - Portrayed by Tony Perez. President of Santo Moro who Rico was trying to assassinate while they were at GH for Commargo's surgery after he was poisoned. General Stark who worked for Commargo wanted him dead so he could take over Santo Moro. Saved by Frisco and Sean.

Ric Ortega (1992) - Portrayed by Bernard White. Ric was a freedom fighter from San Sebastian and a lover of Holly Sutton's half-sister, Paloma Perez. Along with Paloma, Holly and Bill Eckert, Ric helped to free the country of San Sebastian from dictatorship.

Rory Banks (5/27/1991) - Performed by Bruce Young. Hit man who grazed Anna with a bullet on the docks and shot Robert; he was killed by Mac.

Simon Romero (4-8/1992) - Portrayed by Frank Runyeon. Simon was a wealthy industrialist from San Sebastian. He tried to romance Holly Sutton, however, while Simon tried to quell the rebellion in San Sebastian, Holly and Bill Eckert attempt to help Holly's half-sister, Paloma Perez, free the country from dictatorship. Simon is arrested and escaped.

Sydney Chase (10/1996) - Portrayed by Morgan Fairchild. Character from The City who appeared in one episode to call her old acquaintance Tracy Quartermaine which led to Tracy leaving Port Charles for SoHo.

Vincent Cerullo (1994) - Portrayed by Drew Himber. Grandson of Carmine and Gloria Cerullo. Son of Mark & Noreen & twin brother of Patrick Cerullo. Nephew of Lois Cerullo.

Walter Wyndham (1992) - Portrayed by Ronan O'Casey. Father of Walter Wyndham, Jr and manager of Wyndham's Department Store. Relative of Wyndham founder Washington Wyndham who built Wyndemere Castle, naming it for himself before dying.

Walter Wyndham, Jr. (1992) - Portrayed by John Harnagel. Son of Walter Wyndham.
