Darren Blythe (1978)
- Darren Blythe (1977-78) - Portrayed by William Schreiner. Teenager who was Scott's roommate and dated Laura. He suspected Laura was seeing someone else and Bobbie didn't like him so he went to Michigan State for a summer session to raise his grades.
- Elizabeth Maynard (1977-78) - Portrayed by Joan Tompkins. Mother of Diana Taylor.
- Florence Jenkins Andrews (1973) - Portrayed by Maida Severn.

DA Jim Richardson (1978)
- Jim Richardson (1978-82) - Portrayed by Jay Gerber. In July 1978, District Attorney. Involved in Lesley's murder trial regarding David Hamilton in July 1978. Laura confessed to the murder and her mother's charges were dropped.
- Joey Galvin (1976) - A boy who was Monica's patient at GH. His death bonded Rick and Monica.
- Ross Jeanelle (1974-75) - Portrayed by Tony Dow. Detective who investigated Phil Brewer's murder and dated Diana Taylor's sister, nurse Beth Maynard.
