Storylines[]
During Chloe's cousin A.J.'s engagement party to Carly Spencer, she meets Jasper Jacks. The two hit it off and go to the 1999 Nurses' Ball together and stepped in for the ballroom dance act.
After winning money in Monte Carlo, Jax begins to rebuild his fortune and also meets fashion designer Chloe Morgan. Chloe is in danger of losing her design company and must be happily married to retain the seed money her eccentric uncle left her. Originally planning to marry a now divorced Ned in Las Vegas, Chloe's aunt Gertrude objects and Jax marries his best friend Alexis Davis to help cover the ruse.
Though Chloe eventually loses her company, she and Jax grow closer and eventually fall in love and Jax buys her company back for her. Chloe is severely injured when Helena Cassadine runs her over in an attempt to kill Alexis. Chloe develops psychic visions tied to Helena, and Stefan Cassadine intends to use these to help destroy his devious mother Helena. Stefan shows Jax a woman who looks just like Brenda, and Jax leaves Port Charles in search of his former love.
While searching for Brenda, Jax meets Kristina Carter and he realizes that she is Alexis' sister. He reunites the sisters, though Chloe refuses his advances when she learns he left her to pursue Brenda. Stavros Cassadine murders Chloe, who has become involved with Stefan, leaving Jax heartbroken.

On August 10, 2022, it was revealed that Dominique Baldwin is Cody Bell's mother. Cody says she rejected him and he lived with the Bell family as stable-hands at Serenity.
On November 9, 2022, a DNA test reveals that Mac Scorpio is his biological father. Cody lies and states it's not a match, as he has a chance at inheriting a 35 million dollar necklace if he's the son of Leopold Taub.
Cody revealed the truth of his paternity to Mac on Independence Day 2024.

Storylines[]
Romance and manipulation (1992)
Felicia says she met Ryan (as "Todd Wilson") while in the park with Maxie. Todd was collecting some plants and herbs. He was charming and friendly. They started to date soon after.
Todd told Felicia, about a month later, that he loved her and wanted to marry her in Mexico. Felicia said it was way too soon after she had broken up with Frisco. She said he would need to be patient and he promised he would never pressure her. He said the same thing later as Ryan.
At Mariah's hacienda, a woman (Gloria Wilson) claiming to be Ryan's wife knocked on the door. She tells Felicia to stay away from her husband and that she has been watching them for days. Felicia says she doesn't know a Ryan. Gloria says Felicia would know him as Todd Wilson but his real name is Ryan Chamberlain.
Felicia went to Ryan's place to confront him but she saw him stabbing his wife. He saw her so she called the police and gave them Ryan's address. She then grabbed Maxie and flew back to Port Charles on the next available plane. When she arrived, she was attacked outside The Brownstone. A few days later she would wake up with amnesia. When she was introduced to Ryan (aka Todd) she didn't remember him.
Ryan becomes obsessed with Felicia, who gets her memory back and is arrested for attempted murder after he traps her in a cabin and she attacks him in self-defense.
Ryan crashes Felicia and Mac Scorpio's wedding with a bomb, but is sent to an asylum. After escaping with the help of his counselor Connie Cooper, he kills her, kidnaps Georgie Jones and supposedly dies in a funhouse explosion after a face-to-face with his twin brother Kevin Collins.
