Griffin Munro and Ava Jerome[]
Dr. Griffin Munro and Ava Jerome are fictional characters and former lovers on the ABC daytime soap opera General Hospital.
Storylines[]
In late 2017, Griffin gets involved with Ava Jerome and eventually ends his relationship with the church (as a priest) to pursuit a relationship with her.
In 2018, when Ava threatens to have Sonny's Alzheimer father Mike Corbin arrested for unintentionally kidnapping Avery, Griffin begins to see see her in a different perspective and on May 7, he moves out of her apartment and moves into the Metro Court. Despite seeing him as the worst kind of hypocrite, Carly reluctantly allows him to stay at the hotel because she doesn't want him to go back to Ava.
On May 23, 2018, after the Nurses Ball, he and Kiki Jerome end up drunk and then soon end up having sex. The next morning, they agreed to keep their night a secret so they wouldn't hurt Ava.
On August 13, 2018, Griffin confessed during court while under oath, (during Kiki's harassment case), that he had slept with Kiki. In the aftermath of this revelation, Griffin moves into Kiki's building, and they start a relationship - all while her mother plots revenge (including manipulating the Church to impose a punishment on him).
In September, Griffin has to move into the studio at Kiki's apartment after Ava got him fired from GH. When the heat breaks, he and Kiki find themselves hot, sweaty, and scantily clad in her apartment. They grow closer, share stories about films and their annoyance over Ava, and their attraction grows deeper.
On October 4, Kiki runs into Griffin at the gym. She admits that she wanted to sleep with him the night of the Ball, and that she still wants to be with him. He wants the same, and they kiss, beginning a new relationship. They agree they want something more than revenge against Ava or uncontrollable lust - but rather something they could make last. They agree to a first real date at the upcoming Port Charles Film Festival at the Metro Court.
On October 16, after attending the festival, they go back to Kiki's apartment where they watch a musical, then make love.
On November 9, after studying and making love, Kiki witnesses Sasha hit on a dumbfounded Griffin; leaving the couple disturbed.
Sasha is later seen at The Metro Court and she confronts Ava and tells her off. She then orders soup up to her room. Ava sees the soup and puts the sleeping pills she just got from "Kevin" to drug Sasha. Ava goes up to her room and goes it to find Sasha passed out. She takes off her clothes and puts her in the bed. She takes her phone and texts Griffin telling him that her and Kiki are working things out and to come to the hotel.
Griffin shows up and Ava hits him over the head with a vase. He gets knocked out and she takes off his clothes and puts him in the bed with Sasha to make it look they slept together. Ava leaves and she calls Franco telling him that she saw Sasha and Griffin go into a hotel together.
She tells Franco he needs to say something to her because Kiki wont believe her. Franco tells Kiki and she goes to the hotel and sees them together. She gets mad and leaves. Griffin is able to see that Sasha was drugged and he goes and tells Kiki. She and Griffin quickly realize Ava set it up in revenge.
On November 26, while getting ready for Curtis and Jordan's wedding, they discuss Ava's extreme revenge strategy, then make love on Kiki's couch. Monica calls Griffin, telling him the GH board has made a decision about his suspension, asking him to come to the hospital and sign the paperwork. They kiss, he leaves, and Ryan Chamberlain shows up shortly after, and murders Kiki.
On November 27, 2018, after Kiki is murdered, Griffin is blamed for her death and was placed under arrest for her murder. Ava tried to shoot Griffin dead at the station on December 3, but she was stopped by "Kevin" and Julian, who had wanted to beat a confession out of Griffin earlier that week.
Griffin was released on December 6 after the PCPD suspected that the same person killed both Kiki and Mary Pat Ingles, who was killed on Halloween similar to how Kiki was. The person who killed both women then killed film producer Peyton Mills on New Year's Eve and attacked Lulu in late January 2019 before framing Franco for the crimes.
That person was serial killer Ryan Chamberlain, who had been presumed dead for 23 years and for months, was impersonating Kevin, whom he had locked up in Ferncliff. Ryan was presumed dead on March 8 after tossing himself off a bridge to evade capture.
On March 22, 2019, after beating up Kevin, he tries to kill him for knowing that Ryan was alive, but is stopped by Ava. After getting his bruised hands treated by Lucas, Griffin decides to leave town and grieve Kiki on his own by quitting his job at General Hospital.
On December 9, Griffin returned and he and Ava resolved their differences at her gallery, before leaving town again.

Alexis and Finn became friends because they frequently attended addiction rehab group meetings together. Alexis later stepped up as his lawyer when he was arrested for punching Julian in the face, since Julian touched his bearded dragon Roxy. Alexis convinced Julian to drop the charges against Finn and Chase released him.
Alexis and Finn's bond led them to become lovers and start to develop feelings. However, at the 2018 Nurse's Ball, Alexis overheard Finn say that he still cares about Anna and she ran off. She knew that Finn was not over Anna but was still pretty upset over the whole thing.
Jasper Jacks and Nina Reeves[]
Jasper Jacks and Nina Reeves are fictional characters and former lovers on the ABC daytime soap opera, General Hospital.
Storylines[]
On May 17, 2019, Nina Reeves meets Jasper "Jax" Jacks while hosting The 2019 Nurses' Ball and is at a loss for words. Jax later surprises Nina in her office and he tells her that he bought Crimson Magazine from Drew Cain and he is her new boss. They begin to talk about the budget of the company and how they can make changes for the better.
Nina proposes that if the September issue of the magazine does really well, then she controls how the money is spent. Nina realizes that she needs to do really well with this issue, which means putting all her energy into it and also putting off her wedding to Valentin Cassadine. After she breaks the news to him, he is concerned and not happy about it.
Nina begins work on the issue with her in-law, Maxie Jones and they need to figure out who is going to be on the cover. Maxie suggests Ava Jerome and Nina is obviously not okay with it. Maxie and Sasha Gilmore are able to convince her and she goes to talk to Ava. Ava is skeptical about the offer, because shes worried that its going to make her look bad. Ava considers the offer and she says nothing is official until she reads her contract. After Jax finds out about this, he isn't happy about it because Ava killed Connie Falconeri and basically killed Morgan Corinthos. Nina runs into Jax and Valentin talking as Valentin wants to buy Crimson from Jax.
On January 3, 2020 (New Year's Eve on the show), Jax tried to talk Nina out of getting revenge and suggested she cut her losses which left her torn on what to do. Later on, an alive Prince Nikolas Cassadine crashed Valentin and Nina's wedding and revealed himself to everyone before confronting Valentin.
Nikolas revealed that not only is Valentin not the rightful heir, he is also Helena's son, not Mikkos' which means he is a Romanov, not a Cassadine. Nina also confronted Valentin by saying she knows he was behind the fake daughter scam when he hired Sasha Gilmore to pretend to be her daughter. Jax later took Nina to the Haven Bistro and comforted her over everything that happened, even by revealing that he booked her a suite at the Metro Court Hotel.
On February 14, 2020, Jax and Nina made love for the first time.
On August 12, 2020, Nina tells her boyfriend Jax about the necklace her mother, Madeline Reeves left her to find her long-lost daughter. He calls someone who may be able to find out more about it. Nina and Jax later meet with Jax's jeweler, Evelyn, who tells Nina that she might be able to find the original craftsman.
On September 10, Nina and Jax go to Manhattan to meet the jeweler. Nina says he hasn't returned any of her calls. She wants to back out since the jeweler is retired and she doesn't want bad news but Jax convinces her to knock on the door.
Jax asks if the man who answers is a jeweler named Abraham Dobkin and the man says he is. Nina shows the necklace and says it was divided. Abraham mentions that he usually makes full hearts but that request sounds very familiar.
He remembers the lady who asked for the necklace to be divided. Nina shows a picture of Madeline and asks if it is her. Abraham says he has never seen her before. He does keep receipts and finds one from September 1991 for a woman named Phyllis Caulfield. Jax asks Nina if she recognizes the name and she says she does.
Nina later reveals that she remembers Phyllis as the nurse who helped her give birth. Phyllis was a nurse at Crichton-Clark Clinic. She tells Jax they need to find Phyllis but puts the search on hold for now.
In January 2021, Jax and Nina tell each other they love each other for the first time.
On January 29, 2021, Nina finally found her daughter's half of the heart necklace, learning it was part of a plot to keep it away from her, and she demands answers. Jax point blank admitted Nelle Benson could be her child. Carly Spencer attempted to control her story by saying she figure it out last night and told Jax, but he cut her off, saying he was done lying and wanted to tell Nina the truth. The truth? Nelle was her daughter, and Jax had known for months.
On February 5, Nina laid into Jax for his lies, his lack of trust in her, and his constant need for validation from Carly. He pleaded with her, but she broke up with him and kicked him out of her office.
On September 8 (September 17th on the show), Jax - thinking that thought-dead Sonny Corinthos might be alive - surprises Nina in Nixon Falls. He sees an amnesiac Sonny who thinks he's "Mike". Nina and "Mike" claim to love each other, and Jax admits that the nails are firmly in the coffin of their relationship. After Sonny leaves, Jax and Nina have it out, with Nina trying to rationalize keeping Sonny from his home and family, and Jax trying to get Nina to understand the lives she is ruining and possible catastrophe she's set in motion.

John McBain and Sam McCall[]
Det. John McBain and Sam McCall are fictional characters and a former potential couple on the ABC daytime soap opera General Hospital.
Storylines[]

John McBain and Sam McCall investigate "Caleb and Livvie" (2012)
Jason Morgan sees John comforting Sam (2012)
While in town in 2012, John McBain begins to bond with Sam McCall, the pregnant wife of mobster Jason Morgan, Sonny's enforcer. John agrees to help Sam arrange a DNA test on her baby, to determine who the real father is. When she finds out that Franco, her rapist and Jason's twin brother, is the father of her baby, it puts a strain on her marriage, and she leans on John. The night Sam gives birth, John delivers her son, but when he goes to get help, he is beaten up by Jason's hired thugs. He's upset when he finds out Sam's baby died. Meanwhile, Tรฉa arrives in town, pregnant, and John finds out she also gives birth to a baby boy the same night as Sam.
While in Port Charles, John's relationship with Natalie begins to strain over his continued absence. After confronting Sonny about his sister Theresa's death, John finds out that Joe Scully Jr killed her to protect his business. Joe is arrested. Sam finds John drunk on the dock, they watch Fourth of July fireworks and then kiss. After catching themselves, Sam chalks it up to the alcohol intake. John confesses there is something between them but he can't put his finger on it. John resolves to return to his family in Llanview.
John returns home to find out Natalie and Liam have gone to the airport. John immediately calls Natalie and finds out she's on a plane with Liam, to London. Natalie stole John's passport to prevent him from following her. John finds a note in the trash from Todd. John realizes that Todd sent the photo of him and Sam kissing on the docks to Natalie. John heads to Port Charles where he proceeds to assault Todd. Todd has John arrested but later drops the charges. After finding out Natalie has issued a restraining order against him after returning to Llanview, he and Alexis Davis, Sam's mother, talk about the best course of action.
After John helps save the PC water supply is saved, he's approached by Jason, who suspects that Sam's son was switched at birth with Tรฉa's son. Jason says Heather Webber was the one who switched the babies, but John suspects Todd was involved in the switch, because he was with Tรฉa that night. John travels to Llanview and gets a DNA sample from Victor, Tรฉa's son, and hands it over to Jason. The DNA results come back, and Jason tells John that the baby is not Sam's.
John and Sam end up alone at Alexis's house, and nearly take the next step, but Sam stops the interaction. John figures out Heather has kidnapped Tรฉa's baby. Anna tells him Heather is holding the baby hostage on the roof of General Hospital. John, Anna, Todd, and Tรฉa arrive at the hospital, where they find out Sam and Jason are on the roof with Heather. Tรฉa tries to head to the roof, but John stops her. Anna calls to Heather, saying the police have surrounded the hospital, and telling her to surrender. Heather becomes unhinged, and jumps from the roof, but the baby is saved by Jason. John goes to the roof after and accompanies Sam, Jason, and the baby into the hospital, and when Tรฉa comes and tries to take her "son" back, John stops her, and he & Todd explain that her son was switched at birth with Sam's, and he never made it. Tรฉa doesn't believe him, but when John shows the DNA test, and shares that the baby who died had hemophilia, a condition in Tรฉa's family, she finally accepts the truth. He consoles Tรฉa afterwards and is intent on making Todd pay. Todd is arrested, but his lawyer gets him released on lack of evidence.
John goes over to tell Jason about Todd being released, and instead finds Sam and her son, Danny. Sam says she has decided to stay with Jason, which John accepts. Meanwhile, Jason is presumed dead in a shootout involving Joe, Bernie Abrahms, and Duke Lavery. Jason goes to the pier to help Bernie, who was shot by Scully. Jason shoots Joe in self-defense, but before he can help Bernie, he is shot by Duke and thrown into the harbor. Duke shoots Bernie again, but fails to kill a fleeing Joe. Jason's body is never found and Joe and Bernie die.
John later comes to Sam's place, and hears her express how she doesn't believe Jason is dead after a shootout with Scully and Duke. John agrees with her, and says that he's going to look for Jason's shooter.
John leaves to investigate, and returns to Port Charles soon after. He finds Sam, and tells her that Jerry Jacks had Joe Scully released from prison. Sam thinks Jerry is holding Jason, but John disagrees, saying whoever shot Jason and killed Bernie is someone much higher up with a bigger agenda. Sam tells John that Heather switched her paternity test, and Jason is Danny's biological father. Sam is upset that John doesn't share her belief that Jason is alive, and sends him away. John, though, realizes Sam is grieving and in denial about Jason being gone.
In January 2013, he returns to Port Charles to tell Sam about what he found in Switzerland, and reveals that Faison was the one who shot Jason, and pushed him into the harbor, watching him sink. He helps Sam realize that Jason is gone, and never coming back. Later, he helps Sam tell Monica Quartermaine, her mother-in-law, what happened to Jason.
Later, Lucy Coe sees John, and calls him "Caleb." She claims that he is the king of vampires, and is on a mission to kill him. Sam shows up, then, getting between Lucy and John, but Lucy calls her "Livvie," who is supposed to be in danger from Caleb. John and Sam think she's crazy, and leave. Lucy corners John, however, and stabs him with a wooden stake. Sam then takes him to the hospital, where she catches Todd trying to escape police custody. John recovers, and Lucy is sent to Ferncliff, as people believe she is delusional. Lucy's husband shows up and says he knows Lucy's story is not true about Caleb Morley, and the woman he was obsessed with, Livvie Locke. However, soon after, another woman named Alison Barrington shows up, and also calls John "Caleb." She mistakes Sam for "Livvie," and says she and her son are in danger from Caleb. John is surprised when he finds no record of Alison ever having a son, so Sam goes to Ferncliff to see if Lucy sent Alison to back up her story.
John gets a call from Alison, telling him to meet her at Pier 52. John shows up, and finds Alison's dead body instead. Her son, Rafe Kovich, Jr., is next to her with the murder weapon. John arrests him, and he's taken into custody. Sam comes back, and tells John that Lucy said that Caleb was actually Rafe's father, not Alison's husband, Rafe Kovich, Sr. John finds out that Rafe claimed he didn't kill Alison, but that John did.
John shows up at the police station while Dante and Anna are investigating Rafe's disappearance. John is shocked when he finds out that they have him on surveillance taking Rafe out of his cell and taking the murder weapon from the evidence room. Dante tells him that Rafe and "John" left with another officer named Bud Carlson, and they found his dead body at the pier, stabbed with the same weapon that killed Alison. A nurse named Sabrina Santiago identified John as the killer in officer Bud Carlson's murder. John insists that he's innocent, but due to the evidence, Anna is forced to arrest John and put him in lockup.
While John is in lockup, Sam comes by. Sam asks where he was when Rafe escaped from lockup. John says he was at Port Charles University, talking to a professor named Jay Mosser about the ring Rafe saw on the killer's finger. Sam heads to PCU to get John's alibi, while Alexis comes in to build John's case. Lucy is arrested again, and John insists on talking to her alone. Lucy still believes he's Caleb, but John insists he's not, though he does believe that Caleb exists, and is trying to get Lucy and John out of the picture to get what he wants. Lucy starts to believe that Caleb and John might be two different people. She shares that Caleb wants two things: Rafe and Livvie, who looks just like Sam.
John finds out that Professor Mosser was also killed, but Anna realizes it couldn't have been John, because he was in lockup at the time of death. Meanwhile, Todd is recaptured and brought to the police station. However, he claims that he saw John strangle Heather and throw her into the harbor at Pier 52, then try to kidnap Danny. Todd says he was trying to save Danny when Anna and Sam showed up, and took Danny back. When John hears this, he realizes it was Caleb because he was at the police station when this happened. Rafe is recaptured, as well, and brought to lockup.
While Todd, John, and Rafe are in police lockup, they compare their stories. Rafe starts to believe John when he says that Caleb exists, and is actually committing the crimes. Todd reveals that when Caleb was trying to strangle Heather, he said that he was going to use Danny to get to his mother. John realizes that Caleb thinks Sam is Livvie, and his target is actually Sam, not Danny. Before he can tell Anna, she comes and tells him that Sam & Danny are missing. John is desperate to get out, in order to save Sam & Danny. Sam's sister, Molly Lansing, comes in, trying to break Rafe out on Lucy's orders. John realizes what she's doing, and convinces Molly to let him out too so he can find Sam and Danny. Lucy causes the fire alarm to set off, and Molly is able to let John and Rafe out of their cells, while Lucy escapes from the distracted officers.
John, Lucy, and Rafe go to PCU and find information about Caleb Morley. His real name is Stephen Clay, and he used to be a rock singer who went insane after the death of his wife, Livvie Locke Clay. He started to believe he was an actual vampire, and went on a killing rampage, killing seven people. Stephen was locked up, but escaped from the sanitarium in 2011. He's fixated on finding his dead wife again. Livvie is a dead ringer for Sam, and John realizes Stephen believes Sam is Livvie, which is why he kidnapped her. Lucy mentions a dream she had about "Caleb," and John deduces that Stephen has taken Sam & Danny to Wyndemere.
The three head to Wyndemere, where they find Danny alone, but safe. They realize both Stephen Clay and Sam were there not long before, and John realizes they went into the tunnels. John and Lucy head to the tunnels, while Rafe watches Danny. John finds Stephen and Sam, who has a bite mark on her neck. John tries to stop Stephen, only to be overpowered and tied up. Lucy then shows up and tries to kill him, but she's also overpowered. However, she's able to distract Stephen long enough for John to get free. He kills Stephen when Sam distracts him by calling Stephen "Caleb." Caleb is thought to be dead, but his ring lights up signalling a possibility that he could come back. That never happened in the years following.
John, Lucy, and Rafe are taken back to PCPD and held in the interrogation room while Mayor Lomax, Anna, and District Attorney Martinez discuss their course of action. Sam shows up and tells the press that the three prisoners saved her life and Danny's. Eventually, the mayor "spins" the story, saying that John, Lucy, and Rafe were working in tandem with Anna to apprehend Stephen Clay. John is released, and resumes his job at the PCPD. Rafe comes to the hotel and says that he was involved in a fight. John wanted Rafe to stay with him, but Social Services doesn't allow it. John and Sam make out, but before it goes further, Sam wisely stops it. On March 20, John learns that the FBI has an assignment and that he must leave Port Charles for a while.

Milo Giambetti and Nurse Epiphany Johnson are fictional characters and former lovers on the ABC daytime soap opera General Hospital.
Neil Byrne and Alexis Davis[]
Dr. Neil Byrne and Alexis Davis are fictional characters and former lovers on the ABC daytime soap opera General Hospital.
Storylines[]

First date (2019)
In 2019, Alexis Davis was going to start therapy sessions again but she was referred to a Dr. Neil Byrne by Ryan Chamberlain (who was pretending to be Kevin Collins at the time) since it would be a conflict of interest due to her representing Laura Collins in her "divorce" from "Kevin." She got into an argument with her ex-husband Julian Jerome and when he was out of earshot she made a derogatory statement about him and a man sitting next to her at the bar thought she directed that statement towards him. She clarified that that statement was towards her ex-husband Julian, not him. She then said that he seemed to be nothing like Julian and that he was a guy sitting at a bar alone reading a book which kind of insulted him but she quickly fixed her mistake and said that his book looked like a real "page-turner." The title was called "Russian Diaspora of the early 20th century" which made Alexis wonder if he was a professor but the man said that he was a doctor and a history enthusiast. Alexis got a ginger to drink and she vented about her troubles in her life to the man who listened to her and offered his own experiences and told her that she might just need herself for her next breakthrough and not her ex. The man invited Alexis to continue their conversation over dinner and she told him it was not a good idea so he left her his card in case she changed her mind.
Alexis later went to see Dr. Neil Byrne for her therapy appointment and was shocked to see that it was the same man she talked to at Charlie's Pub earlier that evening. He was also surprised and he initially gave her a referral to another therapist in case she was uncomfortable and she left but came back and decided to do therapy sessions with him. She asked if he knew she was going to be his patient and he said he didn't. Neil also explained that if he had known she was his new patient then he would never have asked her to dinner. They then began therapy sessions and she told him about her choices she's made when it comes to men she has been with. She explained to Neil that she was attracted to men who were dangerous, selfish, and incapable of intimacy and told Neil that her father Mikkos Cassadine set that pattern up for her. She explained that she never earned her father's love and that's why she was attracted to dangerous men like him.
After their first appointment, Alexis began to see Neil as her therapist on a regular basis.
On April 8, 2019, Alexis ran into Neil at The Floating Rib and she told him that her daughter Kristina was in a cult called "Dawn Of Day." Neil explained that if she pushes Kristina to realize she was in a cult, then Kristina would just go deeper into Dawn Of Day so the key was to plant seeds of doubt in her head to cause her to see Dawn Of Day in a more critical way. Neil was later summoned by Sonny Corinthos who asked for his help in getting Kristina out of Dawn Of Day. Neil told Sonny about a treatment plan called exit therapy and that the last case he worked on meant that there was no guarantee it would work. Sonny pleaded for his help and Neil eventually agreed to do exit therapy with Kristina.
On April 23, Neil began exit therapy with Kristina and her family and the session went sideways when she lashed out at everyone as she was defending Dawn Of Day.
On May 6, Neil began another session and her brother Michael brought his friend Willow Tait over to the safehouse and she told Kristina what Shiloh did to her. She told her that her mother had drugged her, tattooed her and then Shiloh came in and had sex with her. Everyone in the room was horrified and Kristina was in denial about Shiloh doing that to people initiated in the trust but then accepted the fact that he used her. Neil eventually opened the door and told Kristina she has a choice; DOD or her family. Alexis and Sonny were happy that she chose her family.
Although Kristina no longer believed in what Dawn Of Day does, Neil continued to work with her and help her.
On June 3, it was revealed that Neil had a wife and daughter.
On June 11, Alexis had another session with Neil and ended up bringing up his daughter and he ended the session early. Alexis later came back and apologized to Neil for bringing his personal business into their Doctor/Patient relationship. He forgave her, but asked her to respect their boundaries.
On July 3, after Kristina had a session with Neil, Alexis went in and had her's. As they talked about Kristina and as Alexis was wondering what was in the pledge she slipped up and mentioned that Neil knew what it was like losing a child which made him mad. He got even more angry when Alexis revealed she knows he lost his daughter Joanne and he ended the session early. He said he can no longer treat her since she did not respect the boundaries of their professional relationship. He asked her to leave and she tried to apologize to him. He again asked her to leave and she accused him of taking his grief out on her but he said that's not what's happening. He offered to refer her to someone else but she said it wouldn't be necessary and left. As she was leaving Kristina got back and decided to talk about what was in the pledge so Neil invited them both in and Kristina revealed that she lied and said that Alexis deliberately hit her abusive ex-boyfriend Kiefer Bauer when really it was by accident and she was under emotional duress. Kristina asked for forgiveness and Alexis immediately forgave her. After the session, Alexis came back and asked Neil to hear her out and he invited her in and Alexis apologized again for her actions and said she regrets what happened and Neil said he did too. He also said he didn't trust her anymore and Alexis mentioned that she is more comfortable talking to him than anyone else. She teared up and said that she saw him as more than a therapist, she saw him as a friend and she said she really needs a good therapist. She went to leave but Neil stopped her and invited her back for another session on Tuesday at 5 PM and she accepted the invitation.
On July 31, Neil got stuck in an elevator with Alexis and was worked up because the day marks five years since his daughter Joanna died. Neil eventually opened up to Alexis about how she died by revealing that Joanna was in a different cult that was about drugs. She took her own life and was pronounced dead at 9:47 PM. He revealed that every year since then on July 31 that he would go down and sing "Hush Little Baby" on the karaoke, explaining that she loved that song until she joined the drug cult. Alexis encouraged Neil to sing in the elevator and he did.
The next day (shown on August 5), Neil showed up at Alexis' and said that he couldn't see her as a patient anymore. Alexis was dumbfounded and shocked and mentioned she was respecting their boundaries and he acknowledged that she did but he did not. Neil explained that his job was to help his patients and he couldn't take care of Alexis without her figuring out to take care of him and that they wouldn't be able to look at each other the same way again. They admitted that they cared about each other and Alexis eventually accepted that they "crossed the point of no return" and asked if they could get to know each other better.
On September 6, it was revealed that Neil and Alexis went on a date to play a bingo game, hosted by drag queens. When Alexis won, she was given a stuffed animal as a prize and she kissed Neil, who didn't object.
On October 11, Neil began treating Brad Cooper, who was feeling a lot of anxiety and guilt since he switched his dead son he adopted with his husband Lucas Jones with Nelle Benson's son with Michael Corinthos, essentially robbing Michael of his kid. Neil gave Brad a prescription to help with his anxiety and suggested that he bring Lucas next time. On October 28, Lucas and Brad went to see Neil and Lucas felt that Brad was keeping something from him and Brad was upset because of Lucas' suspicions even though Lucas was right.
On October 29, Neil brought food over for Alexis and then was going to stay with her but Alexis began feeling sick so she sent Neil home. Eventually, Alexis was taken to the hospital where she suddenly had rashes on her hands and some her hair began to fall out. Neil and T.J. Ashford were boxing up any cleaning stuff she had to test them in case she was exposed to some kind of poison.
On November 15, T.J. put together that Alexis ingested thallium which is used in rat poisoning. The test was ran which confirmed T.J.'s theory and Alexis began drinking blue paint to get it out of her system.
On November 25, Neil put the pieces together and learned that Julian had spotted Kendra Lennon in the alley behind Charlie's and later on saw the dead rats. He eventually began to suspect Kendra had poisoned her on purpose and shared his suspicions with Alexis.
On November 28, Neil saw that Alexis left the hospital and when he tried to call her and she didn't answer, he was warning her not to approach Kendra. Julian and Neil teamed up to find her and they discovered that Kendra's real name is Kendra Bauer and they eventually got her location. Neil and Julian found Alexis on the side of the road who had been slowly regaining her movement after being temporarily paralyzed. Alexis tried to call someone for Kendra who taunted her one last time before dying. Neil got Alexis back to the hospital to get checked out.
In 2020, Alexis and Neil leave town and have a one night stand. They lie about their relationship to the board and since Britt saw them together in a hotel room, they were suspended. Neil didn't contact Alexis after she was suspended. They briefly talked and may get back together soon.
After getting back together and spending the night on August 31, Neil is found dead the following morning. Valerie says it was a presumed heart attack after he had sex with Alexis.

Peter Harrell, Jr. and Maxie Jones[]
Peter Harrell, Jr. (AKA Levi Dunkleman) and Maxie Jones are fictional characters and former lovers-turned enemies on the ABC daytime soap opera General Hospital.
Background[]
Peter Harrell, Jr. is the son of Peter Harrell. Peter Jr. pretended to be an Australian environmentalist named Levi Dunkleman in order to get close to Maxie Jones so he could steal Felicia Scorpio's Aztec Jewels.
Maxie Jones is the daughter of Frisco Jones and Felicia Scorpio, plus the adoptive daughter of Mac Scorpio.
Storylines[]
On April 9, 2014, Maxie Jones returned to Port Charles after taking some time away when she previously lost custody of her daughter, Georgie Spinelli. Detective Nathan West had been living in her apartment while she was away. Unbeknownst to Nathan, a man named Levi Dunkleman came to Port Charles with Maxie and it was revealed that they met while she was out of town on her Eat-Pray-Love journey. It was also revealed that they're dating.
Levi didn't see eye to eye with Nathan and also Maxie's adoptive father, Mac Scorpio. He also convinced Maxie to forget about ever trying to see her daughter Georgie again. He reluctantly attended the Nurses Ball with Maxie when he saw how badly she wanted to go. Levi got very upset when Maxie told him that she has decided to fight for her daughter and that Nathan lied to a judge for her.
On June 20, Maxie lost custody of her daughter again because someone tipped off the judge about Nathan's lie. Later on, Nathan accused Levi of tipping off the judge - Levi didn't deny it but he didn't admit to it either. It was later revealed that he did indeed tip off the judge and also lost his Aussie accent in the process.
In July, Levi turned his attention to stopping the ELQ waterfront renovation project, aimed at renovating Bobbie Spencer's brownstone to revitalize the neighborhood, because he felt this project would have ill effects on the people already living there who wouldn't be able to afford the rent in a newly renovated neighborhood. It was revealed that Levi has been arrested multiple times before. Levi and Maxie went to the Brownstone to protest and staged a sit-in. They refuse to leave even when ELQ CEO Michael Corinthos arrived and asked them to leave his property. Michael called the police and Nathan and two other officers respond to the scene. Both Levi and Maxie were arrested and Levi was dragged out the building as he resisted arrest.
After being released, it was revealed that Levi's Visa had expired and he's facing deportation. He only revealed this to Maxie, Nathan and his lawyer, Diane Miller. In order to drive a wedge between Nathan and Maxie, Levi called Immigration on himself while using Nathan's phone in order to frame Nathan.
On July 10, an Immigration Agent named Jeffrey Scribner showed up at Maxie's doorstep. Levi gave himself away, putting himself in even more trouble and at risk of being deported back to Australia.
Maxie immediately began to suspect Nathan, who denied calling Immigration on Levi, but admitted that the only other person who he told about Levi's situation was fellow officer, Dante Falconeri. Maxie went down to The Floating Rib to confront Mac, whom she also thought could have been responsible because he talked about calling immigration on Levi months earlier. Finding Dante also at the bar, Maxie confronted them both, but they denied that they were responsible. At the end of the confrontation, Maxie was back to accusing Nathan. Nathan offered to let her check his phone so she would know that he never placed the call. Maxie looked through the phone and found the number because Levi planted it there. The evidence piled up against Nathan and Maxie became furious. Ultimately believing that Nathan was responsible, Levi was pleased when Maxie kicked Nathan out of the apartment. Levi and Maxie then began to talk about how to keep him from being deported. Maxie told Levi that if he was deported back to Australia, she would go with him. Levi told her that she can't leave her family so she suggested that they should get married.
On August 11, it was revealed that Levi stole an Aztec necklace from a guy named Paul Murphy, who got the necklace from Felicia after she gave it away. When Levi was getting dressed up in a tuxedo and was getting ready to get married to Maxie, Nathan showed up on the Haunted Star and confronted Levi about the necklace after finding it in his belongings. At first Levi denied it and asked Nathan if he was going to arrest him, so Nathan pointed out the crimes committed to steal that necklace and said he's pretty sure that he's gonna arrest Levi. Levi later said that he wished Nathan hadn't found the necklace, pulled out a gun and aimed it at him. Levi eventually spoke without an accent and revealed that he's not even Australian, confirming Nathan's initial suspicions that everything about Levi Dunkleman was an act. When Levi ordered Nathan to hand over the necklace, Nathan threw it up in the air before fighting with Levi for the gun. Levi knocked out Nathan and tied him up.
Meanwhile, Maxie was getting ready for the wedding and she accidentally revealed to Lulu Spencer-Falconeri that she didn't have any feelings for Levi, but she later covered her slip-up and claimed that she meant to say Nathan.
Once Levi (who picked up his fake Aussie accent again) and Maxie went out into the open for the wedding, Lucy Coe began to officiate the wedding. Marie's closest family and friends were there, as was Agent Jeffrey Scribner. After Lucy asked Levi if he would take Maxie as his wife, he said I do, so Lucy asked Maxie if she would take Levi as her husband. Maxie hesitated for a bit before she eventually said that she didn't think she could do this. Levi pulled her aside and claimed to understand that this was sudden, but reminded her about him facing deportation. He claimed that he would make her the happiest woman in the world if they go through with this. After some convincing, Maxie decided that she was ready, so Levi apologized to everyone and said that Maxie had last minute bride-to-be jitters. Lucy asked if Maxie would take Levi as her husband and Maxie said "I do," so Lucy started to officially pronounce them husband and wife, but she was interrupted by Nathan before she could. Nathan (who was freed by Dante) aimed his gun at Levi and said that he was placing Levi under arrest.
Maxie wondered what was going on and what happened to Nathan's face. Nathan warned Maxie to get away from Levi before he revealed that Levi's a con man and he was only using Maxie to steal Felicia's Aztec Jewels. Everyone was shocked and Maxie wanted Levi to tell them that it's all a mistake but when Nathan went to arrest Levi for assault and told him that he's coming down to the station right now, Levi pulled out his gun, aimed it at Maxie and said "I'm not going anywhere just yet!" in his true American accent. Maxie was stunned and angry to learn that Levi was not Australian, that he'd been lying this whole time and that he cost her her daughter. Levi said it wasn't his fault she was deemed unfit and Nathan threatened to blow his head off. After Levi asked if he'd risk hitting Maxie, Maxie said to shoot him and that she didn't care if Nathan hit her before blaming herself for everything getting out of control. Levi demanded to get Felicia's Aztec earrings and Felicia went to give them to him in order to save Maxie.
Dante revealed himself, aimed his gun at Levi, ordered him to drop his weapon and said that it was over. Scribner suddenly took Lulu hostage at gunpoint and said it wasn't over unless he wanted to see his wife bleed out in front of him. It was revealed that Scribner was not an Immigration agent after all and that he and Levi were in on the long con together. Scribner and Levi ordered Nathan and Dante to drop their weapons while holding Maxie and Lulu at gunpoint. When Mac ordered Levi to let the girls go, Levi shot Mac in the shoulder. Eventually, Levi and Scribner went to leave with Maxie and Lulu as their hostages and Nathan promised Maxie that he would find her before warning Levi that he's not gonna get away with this. Levi claimed that he already did before he and Scribner left with Maxie and Lulu.
On August 18, it was revealed that Levi and Scribner took Maxie and Lulu to a safe-house. It was also revealed that they made it look like Maxie and Lulu had drowned in the water so that nobody would know where they were.
On August 25, after getting supplies out of a car for Levi and Scribner, they went to go tie Lulu back up, but Lulu was able to turn the tables on them briefly and aimed a gun at them. Lulu revealed that she killed someone in self-defense before and Maxie backed up her statement. Levi turned the tables back on Maxie and Lulu by threatening to shoot Maxie if Lulu didn't drop the gun. Lulu was forced to comply, so eventually she dropped the gun before Levi and Scribner tied them up again. Later on, Scribner said that he and Levi were gonna meet with their buyer and have cash in their hands, they would let Maxie and Lulu go. However, Levi revealed to Scribner that he had no intention of letting the girls go.
On August 26, it was revealed that Levi betrayed Scribner, shot him in the stomach and took off with Maxie and Lulu. Nathan and Dante found him and tried to keep him awake so they could get some answers from him. Scribner cooperated but was in pain so he was taken to the hospital in an ambulance.
On August 27, at the hospital, when Scribner was questioned by Commissioner Anna Devane, Scribner revealed that the name "Levi Dunkleman" was only an alias and that Levi's real name is Peter Harrell. Felicia was shocked since Peter Harrell was her fiancee, so Levi was revealed to be his son. Scribner later died from his gunshot wound.
On August 28, it was revealed that Peter Jr. had cut his hair. He brought some breakfast for Lulu and Maxie in the from of drinks, so he ungagged Maxie and Lulu before telling them to drink up. Maxie asked if "Levi's" form of a disguise was to cut his hair, but "Levi" said that he had his hair long to convince her that he was a hippie before revealing that he can go back to being the "real me."
Maxie and Lulu learned that "Levi's" operation was much more than just about stealing Felicia's Aztec jewels - it was much more personal than that. Maxie told "Levi" to keep her and let Lulu go, but "Levi" claimed that while he would love to since she and Lulu are double the trouble, he revealed that Lulu is just as much a part of this as Maxie is.
Maxie wondered how since Lulu had nothing to do with the Aztec treasure but "Levi" said that they'd find out soon enough. Lulu and Maxie began to taunt "Levi" about shooting Scribner, about Nathan and Dante hunting him down and how they may end up shooting him which annoyed "Levi" enough to the point where he threw something to knock the cup out of Maxie's hands and said that she was just as bad as her mother. "Levi" said bad things about Felicia, especially when it came to her ex, Frisco Jones. After more time passed, "Levi" became so annoyed with Maxie and Lulu that he went outside. Lulu pointed out to Maxie that "Levi" left his phone on the floor.
Maxie kicked the phone into Lulu's hands so she could get a call out to Dante and Nathan. Dante answered and they both put each other on speaker. Dante asked where "Levi" was holding them and Lulu explained that they're being held hostage in some house. After Maxie explained that "Levi" was saying a bunch of bad things about her mom and wondered how she had anything to do with this, Dante explained that "Levi Dunkleman" was an alias and that "Levi's" real name is Peter Harrell. Maxie asked if that was supposed to mean something and Dante revealed that Felicia was engaged to a man named Peter Harrell 30 years ago, which led Maxie to realize that Peter Sr. played Felicia just like "Levi" played her and that "Levi" is Peter Harrell's son.
After Lulu explained that Maxie tried to get Peter Jr. to let her go but he said that she was just as much a part of this as Maxie was, Dante revealed that he's trying to figure out the connection but that her parents (especially Luke Spencer) were a part of the original Aztec treasure hunt, which surprised Lulu.
Peter Jr. suddenly came back inside, aimed his gun at Lulu, took back his phone and said "Well this is unfortunate." Dante tried to figure out what Peter Jr. wanted but Peter Jr. wouldn't reveal what it was that he wanted before revealing that he knew they were tracing the call and said that Maxie and Lulu are staying with him. Dante tried to get Peter Jr. not to hang up but he hung up anyways. Peter Jr. said that Maxie and Lulu made things much more difficult but Maxie said "For you." She also said that the police were onto him and called him Peter. Peter Jr. said that his name is Levi but Maxie revealed that Scribner ratted him out and revealed that his (Levi's) real name is Peter Harrell, which is the same name as the man who Felicia was engaged to before she met Frisco. Maxie asked if this was some lame vendetta against her family since Peter Sr. lied to Felicia so Peter Jr. felt justified in lying to Maxie.
Peter Jr. revealed that his father was going to marry Maxie's mother to get his hands on her family's fortune but thanks to Maxie's parents and Lulu's parents, his father ended up a fugitive and was as good as dead. Peter Jr. said that what goes around comes around and to just watch. Maxie asked if that's what this was about - that Peter Jr. blamed Maxie's parents for what happened to his dad so he kidnapped her, but Peter Jr. said that Maxie would find out soon enough. Maxie went on about how Nathan was the hottest guy she's ever met just to get under Peter Jr.'s skin (even though it was true to Maxie). Peter Jr. eventually figured out that Dante, Nathan and the PCPD would soon find them since they were tracing the call so they needed to get out of there. He later said that he hated to move up "The Boss's" schedule but it would be better to arrive early than not at all. Maxie was stunned to learn that Peter Jr. had a boss and asked where he was taking them. Before he could take off with them, Dante, Nathan and the PCPD showed up and surrounded the house.
Peter Jr. eventually grabbed Lulu at gunpoint and held her hostage. Dante tried to negotiate with Peter Jr. and tried to get him to let the girls go, so Peter Jr. made his demands and said that he's willing to let Maxie go but Lulu stays with him no matter what. Dante was unwilling to let him take Lulu away, so the cops eventually moved in and Dante shot Peter Jr. in the shoulder as Nathan tried to find a way in to save Maxie. Peter Jr. fell on the ground as Dante reunited with Lulu, but someone threw in a smoke grenade which knocked everyone in the room unconscious.
A few men in yellow suits and gas masks walked in with guns before "The Boss" walked into the room with a gas mask on. After the gas dissipated, the men took off their masks and said that it was safe for "The Boss" to remove his mask. "The Boss" took off his mask and was revealed to be Victor Cassadine, the director of the W.S.B. and the man who Peter Jr. was working for.
Victor was disappointed that Peter Jr. had gotten himself shot but he acknowledged that it wasn't a total waste as Peter Jr. at least managed to steal Felicia's Aztec Jewels. After tauntingly apologizing to Dante for his reunion with Lulu being cut so short, Victor realized that someone was missing and called out for Nathan, who was watching Victor and his men through a window. When Victor threatened to kill Maxie, Nathan went in and confronted Victor at gunpoint. After Victor made Nathan drop his gun, Victor pulled out a gun and aimed it at Nathan as Victor's men also held Nathan at gunpoint. When Nathan asked if he would at least know who Victor was before he killed him, he introduced himself to Nathan as Victor Cassadine. Nathan figured that Victor was related to Nikolas Cassadine, which led Victor to reveal that Nikolas is his nephew before pointing out that Nathan didn't look like he traveled in Nikolas' circle. When Victor asked how Nathan knew Nikolas, Nathan revealed that one of his sisters was engaged to him, which surprised Victor as he lowered his gun. When Nathan revealed that Dr. Britt Westbourne was his sister, Victor asked Nathan if Dr. Liesl Obrecht was his mother. After repeating himself, Nathan said yes but was more concerned about his friends than Victor's questions. Victor was shocked that Nathan was Liesl's son because he figured that she would have told Cesar Faison that she had his son, so he asked Nathan who his father was. Nathan said he didn't know and didn't care who his father was and when Victor asked Nathan if Faison was his father, Nathan said he didn't know but he had no reason to think that Faison was his father. Eventually, when Nathan told Victor to get on with it if he was going to kill him, Victor told Nathan that he'd have to be little patient that plan for the moment was on hold as he put his gun away.
On September 8, it was revealed that Victor and his men had kidnapped Dante, Lulu, Nathan and Maxie and were holding them all hostage at Crichton-Clark, along with help from Peter Jr., who had recovered from his gunshot wound.
On September 12, after Maxie had somehow managed to escape from the room she and Nathan were being held in, she found a patient in another room. It turned out that the patient was Felicia's ex-fiancee and Peter Jr.'s father, Peter Harrell, Sr.. After Peter Jr. found her, he held her hostage at gunpoint and told her the story of how her parents had shot his father in the head. Peter Sr. called Maxie "Felicia" but Peter Jr. revealed to his dad that she was Felicia and Frisco Jones' daughter, Maxie. Peter Sr. thanked his son and said that it was time for Maxie to die.
Peter Sr. and Peter Jr. planned to kill Maxie together, but Nathan showed up in time and fatally shot Peter Sr. in Maxie's defense. Before Peter Sr. died, he told Peter Jr. to avenge him, so after grieving over the loss of his father, Peter Jr. fought with Nathan and grabbed his gun. As Peter Jr. almost killed Nathan, Maxie ran up behind Peter Jr. and stabbed him in the back, killing him in defense of Nathan. After the hostages were rescued and after Victor was shot, Crichton-Clark blew up since Victor set off a self-destruct button. It's assumed that Peter Jr.'s body burned up in the explosion.

Alexis agreed to go out with Shawn but the date had to be delayed because Jerry Jacks returned to town and poisoned the town's water supply, and everyone except for Josslyn and Alexis were infected. This was due to Jerry injecting a substance in both Alexis and Josslyn so they wouldn't be infected by the toxin. Jerry did this because Josslyn is his niece and Alexis is the love of his life. Jerry goes to Alexis' home and rings the doorbell. Shawn answers the door, sees Jerry, and they have a confrontation. Shawn puts up a valiant effort but he's too weak to give Jerry much of a fight.
Alexis sees the door open and goes outside. She sees Jerry and he takes her hostage. Shawn regains consciousness and realizes Jerry took Alexis and he goes off to find her. Shawn runs into Sonny and they go find Alexis. They get on a speed boat and find where Jerry took her. They soon find Alexis tied up and Shawn brings her back home to safety. After the fiasco Jerry is presumed dead due to the explosion on the docks. The antidote to the toxin was given out which cures a lot of people and makes everyone feel better. Once everything settled down Shawn and Alexis were able to start their relationship.
In late 2012, Shawn becomes Sonny's friend and associate after Jason Morgan is presumed dead. Cesar Faison was masquerading as Duke Lavery, shot Jason in the back, and kicked him into the harbor. When Alexis overhears Shawn and Sonny talking at Kelly's, she wonders if Shawn is starting to work for Sonny. She tells Shawn she really cares about him. She doesn't want anything to happen to him because of Sonny's business as she would be devastated. Shawn returns the sentiments. He and Alexis end up having sex in Shawn's room and they become lovers.
In March 2013, Alexis is seen helping take care of Shawn as he makes a full recovery after being shot in the shoulder.
In April 2013, Shawn goes to the Nurses' Ball held at the Metro Court Hotel with Alexis.
In May 2013, Alexis catches Shawn in a lie about his whereabouts and suspects he could have shot Olivia. A few days later Shawn is forced to confront his relationship with Alexis when she puts the pieces together about his involvement in Sonny's business. She tells him she knows he shot Olivia but he tells her he didn't because the bullet he shot was still in a wall at the hotel. That means the bullet that was shot into Olivia didn't come from his gun. Alexis tells Shawn it doesn't matter because he still intended on killing someone and that she doesn't want to be apart of that life. They then get into an argument about Shawn working for Sonny and then Shawn calls Alexis a hypocrite as she's Sonny's lawyer and has a child with Sonny. She then comes back saying that's completely different than killing someone at any given moment. They continue to argue until Alexis issues an ultimatum.
She tells Shawn to quit working for Sonny or their relationship is over. Shawn then tells Alexis he doesn't like warnings but he loves her and doesn't want to lose her. Shawn then heads to Sonny's house intent on quitting. He stops at the last minute realizing he likes working for Sonny, likes how he thinks, and the power that comes with it. He then heads back to Alexis' house and tells her he didn't quit. She asks why and Shawn says he just couldn't let it go and that it gave him something he didn't know he needed until he almost threw it away. Alexis tells Shawn she can't be with him anymore and they break up on the 4th of July.
On April 30, 2021, Shawn runs into Alexis in the prison library. He tells her he had to build up goodwill to work in the library. They talk about TJ and Molly's domestic partnership. Shawn tells Alexis he runs a group for inmates with PTSD. Alexis says that she had some trouble but someone did a favor to protect her from Cyrus.
On May 13, Alexis convinces Shawn to fight for his release. Nikolas, who just bought Pentonville, is in the room with them. Sonny is thought to be dead so Shawn doesn't need to protect him anymore. Shawn wants to find out who really had Hayden shot.
On June 8, it was revealed that Shawn's parole was denied, which didn't make sense to Alexis. When talking to Shawn, Alexis realized that they were both sentenced to prison by Judge Naomi Carson. It was later revealed that Nikolas had arranged to make sure that Shawn didn't make parole in order to keep his involvement in Hayden's shooting a buried secret.
On June 23, Alexis and Shawn did some research on Judge Carson and found out that she has a history of giving harsher sentences to black people than those who are white. A guard came up and told Shawn that his library privileges have been revoked before ordering him back to his cell. The guard also put Alexis in solitary confinement for days.
On July 8, Shawn "accidentally" ran into Alexis while a guard was looking the other way since he was doing Shawn a favor. Alexis suffered from a panic attack because of her being in solitary for days and Shawn did his best to calm her down. When the guard was going to send Alexis back to solitary, she began freaking out again but Shawn tried to keep her calm and told her to remember the breathing exercises he taught her. When the guard went to take her back, she freaked out and fell on her wrist. Shawn informed the guard that Alexis has osteoporosis but the guard didn't seem to care. Shawn stood up for Alexis and when the guard ordered him to stand down, Shawn said "Make me."
The guard went to whack him, but Jordan and a few cops showed up and ordered the guard to stand down. Jordan checked on Alexis, who told her that she can't go back to solitary. Jordan gently told her that she won't and that she'll take her to the hospital to get her wrist checked out before she informed the guard that she's there to take Shawn and Alexis into protective custody. Shawn and Alexis were taken out of Pentonville land were moved to protective custody at the PCPD after Jordan, Molly, T.J. and attorney Martin Grey exposed Judge Carson as a biased judge.
On July 20, Shawn's sentence was commuted to being time served so he finally regained his freedom. Alexis on the other hand was informed that although she's not going free, she's not going back to Pentonville either. Instead she's being sent to a minimum security prison called Spring Ridge.

Steve Webber and Olivia Falconeri[]
Dr. Steve Webber and Olivia Falconeri are fictional characters and former lovers from the ABC daytime soap opera General Hospital.
Storylines[]
The love story between Steve and Olivia began with the General Hospital ski trip. When the bus going to the ski resort crashes, both Steven and Cameron Webber are okay, but Olivia is badly injured. Steve stays with her and keeps her alive while they are awaiting rescue. She tells Steve that if she doesn't make it, he has to tell Dante that she loves him. Olivia is admitted to the hospital in critical condition, and recovers.
After the ordeal, Steve and Olivia bond and get closer. They begin to date, often having dinner at Olivia's loft and meeting up at Jake's to have some drinks and spend time together. In February, they attended the wedding of Sonny Corinthos and Brenda Barrett together and in May they made love for the first time.
Olivia starts to learn more about Steve's past and inquires about his time working at a hospital in Memphis and why he left. Steve avoids answering her question and changes the subject. Olivia seems suspicious, but doesn't question him any further. Over time, Steve is still shown to avoid talking about Memphis. In late September, during a picnic on the roof of the hospital Olivia mentions Memphis again, and Steve tries to avoid the question.
Olivia tells Steve that she doesn't want any secrets between them and asks him to tell her what happened in Memphis. Steve says that his time in Memphis was totally normal and that he isn't keeping any secrets from Olivia. Olivia's suspicions over Memphis grow when Steve's old girlfriend from Memphis Maggie Wurth arrives in town and they appear to have a secret between them.
In October, Steven and Olivia attend a congratulatory party that Patrick and Robin throw for Matt Hunter for his research getting published. The party is on a boat, and unbeknownst to everyone, Anthony Zacchara has given Lisa Niles a drug to wake her up from the coma she's been in, and she too boards the boat. Lisa terrorizes everyone on board, and then winds up dead. Everyone on the boat is a suspect. Steven appears with a scratched up face and is acting oddly. The investigation goes on for months and eventually the First Mate of the boat, Briggs, confesses, then supposedly commits suicide. However, Maxie had asked Anthony to take care of the murder investigation because she believes that Matt was the one who killed Lisa.
On November 3, Olivia almost faints and Lulu Spencer asks her if she might be pregnant and she denies it. She leaves Kristina's going away party so that she can rest and goes home. While at home, Olivia takes a pregnancy test believing that she may be pregnant with Steve's child. However before she can take the test, Steve comes over to check on her so she quickly hides it.
Olivia decided to cook dinner for Steve and while she left to go prepare, Steve found her pregnancy test, but does not confront her about it, instead he puts it back where he found it and makes up an excuse to leave and not stay for dinner. Olivia, unaware that Steve saw the test, thinks nothing of it. After Steve left, Olivia takes the test and right as she is about to look at the results, Sonny arrives interrupting her. Olivia later took the test and discovered that she wasn't pregnant. When Steve confronted her at the hospital about finding the test, she told him that she was not pregnant.
Steve recommends Maggie be hired for the open pediatrician position at the hospital. Maggie begins flirting with Steve and they reminisce about their time in Memphis. This makes Olivia jealous and nervous that she is trying to take Steve from her. It is revealed that Steve and Maggie's secret is why he wanted her to come to town, so that he could keep an eye on her.
Gradually, it's revealed that their secret is that they were involved in a suspicious death, possibly murder, at the hospital in Memphis. Later, Steve tells Maggie that he has learned that the investigation into the death is being reopened. Olivia confronts them on several occasions and they insist that nothing is going on.
In February, Olivia accompanies Steve to a Pulmonary Research benefit at the Metro Court Hotel. After seeing Steve and Maggie whispering again, she blows up at them and demands to know what was going on. Maggie blurts out that they are having an affair, and Olivia grows angry but hardly has time to react as Sonny is shot. Kate begins to breakdown over Sonny's shooting and Olivia leaves with Kate to comfort her.
Olivia later runs into Steve and Maggie at the hospital again and Steve finally comes clean with her. He tells Olivia that he and Maggie are not having an affair and takes her into a conference room to finally tell her the truth. Steve admits that he killed one of his patients in Memphis deliberately. His patient - a prisoner with a life sentence was in an irreversible coma. Maggie's patient a young fourteen year old girl was in need of a heart transplant.
Steve's patient's heart was a match to Maggie's patient so Steve killed his patient deliberately in order to give the prisoner's heart to the young girl. Olivia has a hard time accepting this and felt that it wasn't Steve's call to decide who lives and who dies.
In April 2012, Olivia and Steve continue to grow closer in their relationship. When Steve's scheming mother, Heather Webber, returns to town, Olivia instantly meets her at Steve's apartment. Heather isn't aware of the woman knowing her son and tries to stop Olivia from coming in. Steve stops Heather and introduces her to Olivia. After Steve leaves, Heather makes snide remarks and attempts to offer her some of her famous sweet tea.
Olivia is suspicious of Heather, and continually tries to warn Steve about his mother. Steve believes that Heather is cured, and says he wants to believe the best of her. When Heather steals Olivia's car and disappears in the middle of the night, Olivia decides to hire Damian Spinelli, a private investigator, to look into Heather's actions. Heather continues to lie about everything she's done and eventually Olivia goes to her son, Detective Dante Falconeri to help investigate Heather.
When Steve finds this out, he's angry that Olivia went behind his back, and tells her that he thinks they should take a break from their relationship. Olivia tells Steve she loves him and he confesses his love for her too, but can't let go of his loyalty to his mother. When Heather injects Olivia with LSD, sending her into hallucinations, and causing her to hold a knife to her throat, Steve is by her side, and promises to send Heather back to Ferncliff where she will not hurt Olivia again. He is able to talk Olivia down from killing herself and supports her while she deals with the afterwards side-effects from being injected, which includes a stream of hallucinations and visions.
On January 4, Steve and Olivia make love and afterward Steve proposes to Olivia and she happily accepts. Olivia has a hallucination that Steve would be stabbed and Elizabeth Webber tries to prevent this by poking him with a pen. Heather turns up alive and tries to kill Olivia. Olivia is kidnapped and held hostage with a knife. When Steve rescues Olivia, Heather stabs her son, and later turns herself in. Steve is rushed to the hospital and survives the stabbing.
Olivia, overcome with emotion, demands that they wed now. Olivia gets Maxie Jones to plan an eloped wedding in the General Hospital ICU with Elizabeth as the maid of honor and "best man". The pastor was at the "by the power vested by ..." line when Memphis Police arrive and say that Steve is under arrest. Steve says that he will not fight the charges and go to prison.
Olivia begs Steve to finish the wedding and get married, however, he says that he will not marry her now because it would be a bad start to the marriage. Steve was later discharged from the hospital and expedited to Memphis to be sentenced for his crimes.

Todd Manning and Carly Spencer[]
Todd Manning and Carly Spencer are fictional characters and former fling from the ABC daytime soap opera General Hospital.
Storylines[]
After he arrives in March 2012, Todd goes to the Metro Court Hotel to rent a room, paying in cash and refusing to give a name. He meets Carly Jacks, who has been forbidden from seeing Jason in the hospital, and they bond after realizing they have this in common. Todd and Carly come up with a plan to dress in scrubs and sneak into the hospital to see Starr and Jason, respectively.
During their short meeting, Starr tells Todd that Anthony Zacchara had told her that Sonny Corinthos was responsible for shooting out his tires and causing the wreck that killed Hope and Cole, and Todd vows to take care of the situation and their relationship got reconciled.
He then finds out from Carly that Sonny is at the courthouse being arraigned. Todd goes there, and pulls a gun on Sonny, threatening to kill him. John McBain comes in however, and arrests Todd to take him back to Llanview to stand trial for his brother's murder. Todd is acquitted due to post traumatic stress and returns to Port Charles on May 9, 2012 when Starr is charged with the attempted murder of Sonny.
His ex-wife Tรฉa Delgado arrives soon after to defend Starr, and she isn't happy to see Todd. Todd continues to befriend Carly Jacks, and rents a room at her hotel, The Metro Court. Todd overhears Sonny's girlfriend Kate Howard confiding in her lawyer, Alexis Davis, that her alternate personality may have caused the accident that killed Cole and Hope.
On June 1, 2012, Tรฉa goes into labor in the car in the middle of a rain storm and they can't get to the hospital because there is a cell tower in the road. Todd takes Tรฉa to a bus bench and she gives birth to a very still baby boy. Todd realizes something is wrong, so he takes the baby to find help and runs into Heather Webber, who tries to revive the baby but she tells Todd the baby is gone. Todd is devastated and doesn't know how he is going to tell Tรฉa about the baby. Meanwhile, Sam McCall and her baby boy arrive at the shed and she passes out. Todd hears her baby cry, and Tรฉa comes up and thinks that the baby Todd is holding is her son, and he hands her the alive baby. Heather convinces him to switch the babies. Todd takes Tรฉa and "her" son to the hospital. About a day or so later, he takes Tรฉa and "her" son, whom she names Victor Lord III (but is actually Jason Morgan, Jr., later known as Danny Morgan) back to Llanview.
Todd returns to Port Charles and takes over the paper The Press and renames it The Sun, and Heather blackmails him for a job. He hires Sam as his assistant. In July, Heather is arrested and blackmails Todd into helping her. She asks him to bring her something from her purse, so he dumped the entire thing out on his desk. In doing so, he finds the real paternity test which proves that Jason Morgan, not Franco, is the true biological father of Sam's son. He takes the test to the PCPD and confronts Heather about switching the paternity tests and the babies, but Heather blackmails him into keeping both secrets, by threatening to reveal his part in the baby switch.
In October, the baby switch is revealed and Danny Morgan is returned to Sam and Jason, and Todd tries to comfort Tรฉa. However, he blames all of the switch on Heather Webber. After Jason is presumed dead, Todd feels bad for Sam, so he inconspicuously gave the real paternity test to Steve Webber and Olivia Falconeri. After confirming that the test was authentic, Steve delivered the news to Sam that Jason is Danny's biological father.
In late October, Todd and Carly have a romantic encounter, but Carly says that she will not have sex with him. Todd helps Carly deal with the re-appearance of Carly's ex-husband A.J. Quartermaine.
Todd is very glad when Carly and Skye come and tell him that his love's (Blair) current fiancee (Tomรกs Delgado) may not be Tomรกs, but could actually be an international arms dealer named Lorenzo Alcazar. They go to Llanview to tell Blair and Tรฉa. In the end, Blair, Tรฉa, and Skye leave to go and search for Tomรกs when a CIA agent tells them that Tomรกs is on a mission.
In the New Year's episodes, Todd and Carly have sex at his Metro Court suite.
On the January 4 and 7 episodes, Johnny Zacchara (due to his reveal of killing Cole and Hope), reveals the truth about Todd's involvement of the baby switch to Police Detective Dante Falconeri and Todd's love interest Carly Jacks. Both Johnny and Todd are arrested and put in the same jail cell. Todd tries to smother Johnny with a pillow twice, and then hears from his attorney Diane Miller that the Judge and DA want the triple murderer (Johnny) first then the "baby switcher" (Todd), so Todd is left in the jail cell. Todd is then visited by Carly.
He is subsequently sent to Ferncliff for mental testing and to see if he is able to stand trial. After Heather Webber arranges for the workers to go on a walk-out strike, and knocking out Kevin Collins (Lucy's husband), Heather and Todd escape using Kevin's vehicle, and Lucy accompanies them. They go to Wyndemere. Todd decides that he will go over to Starr's and talk to Starr one last time. He says goodbye, and then leaves.
At his baby switching trial, Todd is able to get Johnny Zacchara's associate to lie in court and Heather Webber to take full blame on the stand for the baby switching. The charges are later dismissed. He goes to see Carly at the Metro Court. Carly uses A.J. by making out with him in order to deter Todd from being with her. He is able to plant a camera inside a stuffed bunny and has it delivered to Carly's daughter Josslyn, making them believe it's from her father Jax in Australia. Todd watched Carly and A.J. and finds out that they are just acting, and not actually dating. He goes over to Carly's and reveals that he knows the truth. A.J. confesses and walks out. Todd then kisses and makes out with Carly, but Carly stops it and dumps him for good. Todd's daughter Dani then calls him distressed, and Todd leaves to return to Llanview to help her, but not before dropping Starr in LA.
