- Neil Byrne (deceased) younger brother of Fergus and Brendon Byrne. A psychiatrist who first treated then became romantically involved with Alexis Davis. A friend and respected colleague of Kevin Collins, he took part of Alexis' daughter Kristina Corinthos-Davis' intervention when she was taken in by the Dawn of Day Cult, and gave her exit therapy to deprogram her. Killed in Alexis' bed by Harmony Miller, from a heroin injection supplied by Cyrus Renault. Divorced from Dierdre Byrne, father of the late Joanna Byrne. Portrayed by Joe Flanigan from 2019-2020.
- Joanna Byrne (deceased) Daughter of Neil and Dierdre Byrne who committed suicide in 2014 while involved in a drug-using cult. An offscreen character first mentioned in 2019.

Background[]
Natasha Cassadine, now bearing the name Alexis Davis, has three daughters. As a teenager, she had a one-night stand, resulting in her pregnancy and the birth of her first daughter, Samantha McCall. Samantha's father was later identified as Julian Jerome. Mikkos coerced Alexis into giving Samantha up for adoption immediately after her birth. In 2002, Alexis had another one-night stand with Sonny Corinthos, leading to the birth of their daughter, Kristina Adela Corinthos-Davis, named in memory of her deceased sister.
Sam arrived in Port Charles in 2003, yet she and Alexis remained oblivious to their mother-daughter relationship. Sam's affair with Sonny led to her pregnancy, and she named the baby Lila McCall. When Kristina was diagnosed with leukemia, Alexis learned that Lila's stem cells could save her. Tragically, after Alexis sought Sam's consent for the treatment, Sam prematurely gave birth, and Lila was stillborn. Lila's stem cells saved Kristina, leaving Alexis thankful and Sam heartbroken. In 2005, Alexis wed Sonny's half-brother Ric Lansing and welcomed her third daughter, Molly Lansing-Davis.
It was not until 2006 that Alexis and Sam discovered their familial bond; both initially rejected the relationship. The tension escalated when Alexis caught Ric and Sam together, leading to her divorce from Ric.
Today, Alexis and Sam have forged a strong bond, with Sam being very protective of her younger sisters, Kristina and Molly. In 2012, Sam welcomed her son with her ex-husband Jason Morgan, whom they named Daniel Edward Morgan. In 2017, Sam had her second child, a daughter named Emily Scout Quartermaine, with former Navy SEAL and Jason's identical twin, Drew Cain. At the time of Scout's conception and birth, everyone including Sam and "Jason" believed that Drew was Jason.
In 2023, Molly and T.J. anticipated their first child via a surrogate, but faced the heartbreak of a miscarriage. Resolute, they decided to try again with Molly's sister, Kristina Corinthos-Davis, as the surrogate and egg donor. On January 24, 2024, they received the joyful news that Kristina is pregnant following a successful IVF procedure. Sadly, they lose the baby months later in August after Kristina falls several stories from a window at the Metro Court Hotel following a confrontation with Ava Jerome.
Sam dies in 2024 from a non-prescribed overdose of digitalis after donating part of her liver to the comatose Lulu Spencer.

In 1981, Dr. Noah Drake joined General Hospital as a brain surgeon. After three years, he departed Port Charles for a surgical role in Atlanta. The following year, in 1982, Noah's uncle, Senator Martin Drake, and Tiffany Hill's acquaintance, arrived in town.
In 2005, Dr. Robin Scorpio reached out to Noah for a case; he referred her to his son with his late wife Mattie, Dr. Patrick Drake, also a neurosurgeon. Noah returned to GH after Patrick accepted a position there.
In 2008, Noah disclosed an affair with late Donna Hunter, resulting in another son, Dr. Matt Hunter, who later joined the GH staff. That same year, Patrick married Robin Scorpio, and they welcomed their daughter, Emma Scorpio-Drake. Now with Doctors Without Borders, Noah frequently travels but makes time to visit his son and granddaughter.
In 2012, Robin was presumed dead in an accident, which left Patrick devastated. A few months later, Matt left town after being sentenced to five years in Pentonville Penitentiary for the murder of Patrick's villainous ex-girlfriend Dr. Lisa Niles. Meanwhile, Nurse Sabrina Santiago, who innocently crushed on Patrick, took on a maternal role in Emma's life, and she and Patrick began a relationship.
After Robin was found to be alive in 2013, she and Patrick filed for divorce a year later, in 2014. That same year, Sabrina gave birth to Patrick's second child, a son named Gabriel Santiago. However, Gabriel passed away a month after his premature birth due to complications from an infection.
In 2015, Patrick learned that Robin was being held captive by Jerry Jacks. He, along with her parents, orchestrated a successful rescue mission. Once home, Patrick and Robin decided to remarry in front of friends and family and relocate to California with Emma.
In 2017, Patrick and Robin celebrated the birth of their second child together, a son named Noah Scorpio-Drake.

Juarez family[]
The Juarez family is a fictional family on the ABC soap opera General Hospital. The family is known for its involvement in assisting the Corinthos family.
Sonny helps out the Juarez family by hiring them for jobs around his manor.
- Leticia Juarez (deceased) was Michael and Morgan's nanny from 1998 until September 2007 when she was strangled by a phone cord by the Text Message Killer. She dated the Quartermaine butler Reginald Jennings. She was portrayed by Annette M. Lesure (1998-02), Christine Carlo (2002-03), and Jessica Tomé (2006-07).
- Mercedes Juarez, her cousin, took over as the Corinthos nanny in 2007. She later became Emma Scorpio-Drake's nanny, and then a maid at the Metro Court Hotel. She was portrayed by Chrissie Fit (2007-12)
- Graciela Juarez is the grandmother of Leticia, Mercedes, and Pilar. She has been Sonny's maid since at least 2009. She was portrayed by Tina D'Marco (2009-10, 2015).
- Pilar Rodriguez is Avery's favorite nanny and has been watching her since 2018. She was portrayed by Brenda Barberena (2018, 2023).
- Antonio Juarez has been Sonny's groundskeeper since 2010 at the earliest and is another unknown relative in the Juarez family. He was portrayed by Walton Nunez.
