In The Tan-O in Nixon Falls, Phyllis does some online research and finds a cardiologist named Dr. Bhavisana Kishore at New York Methodist Hospital. Phyllis wants to get a second opinion after hearing that Lenny’s heart troubles are getting worse according to his cardiologist Dr. Ford.

At the hospital, Phyllis runs into Valentin and they talk for a while. Anna almost runs into "Mike" but she is interrupted by a nurse. Dr. Kishore runs some tests and discovers Lenny has cancer. He heads back home to Nixon Falls with Phyllis and "Mike".
