Carlo (deceased) - The village butcher who was promised to the milkman's daughter Valeria. Olivia Quartermaine's grandmother Tuccia slipped Carlo a Sicilian Thunderbolt love potion and he moved to Palermo with her. Mentioned in 2022.
Connor - Dante's neighbor when he lived in the Falconeri House. Has a brother who is interested in buying Dante's old house when he moves in with Sam to her penthouse. Mentioned in 2022.

Dennis Muldoon - Hamilton Finn's patient who had traveled the world and complained to Finn about stomach issues. He was revealed to have a tapeworm. Dennis' family is suing Finn and the hospital separately for malpractice after Dennis died of stage four cancer.
Dietrich - Security guard at Spring Ridge Prison who was friendly with Heather Webber and was her favorite. He was fired for stealing. Mentioned in 2023.

Joan "(deceased)" - Fictional member of Friends of Peace and Love commune who Harmony Miller tried to pass off as Willow Tait's biological mother. According to Harmony, Joan gave birth to Willow at the commune and then left. Denise Makenzie told Drew Cain that Joan died of an overdose years later.
