Raymond Berlin is a fictional character on the ABC soap opera General Hospital.
He was portrayed by Robert Curtis Brown.
Casting
Robert Curtis Brown appeared as Hayden Barnes' dad Raymond Berlin on August 7, 2017. He made another appearance on September 1, 2017.
Storylines
Hayden Barnes visited her dad Raymond Berlin in prison on August 7, 2017 and asked him if there was anything left from the hedge fund he set up. He told her that there was nothing left in the fund and asked her why she needed the money. She revealed that her ex-husband Jared was blackmailing her and that she had a week to pay him off by siphoning money from the hospital. He told her she could either pay off Jared or she could come clean to her fiancee Hamilton Finn and hope that he can forgive her.
On September 1, 2017 Finn and Anna Devane paid Raymond a visit and they both had different reasons. Finn wanted information on what happened to Hayden and Anna wanted information on a diamond that was stolen in eastern Europe since she believed their was some sort of a connection. Finn asked Raymond if he had any idea where Hayden could have gone since she disappeared but he said he had no idea where she was. Anna tried to ask Raymond about the diamond she was looking for and tried to spin it by saying the diamond could lead Finn to Hayden but he knew that Anna wasn't looking for Hayden. He also claimed that if the diamond was shady then he did not know about it.
