Rico Chacone is a fictional character in the ABC daytime drama General Hospital.
He was played by John Vargas in 1990.
Storylines[]
In June 1990, Carla Greco meets Colton Shore and becomes involved with him. He was tracking down her brother Frankie. Carla was previously living in Santo Moro and being protected by a drug dealer named Rico Chacone.
In September, Carla turns down Rico’s proposal and is brutally raped by him.
In October, Rico takes several hostages at the hospital and Carla kills him in self defense. Frisco and Sean saved the hostages including Santo Moro’s Presidente Commargo who Rico was trying to assassinate.
