Sarah Abbott is a fictional character in the ABC daytime drama General Hospital.
Storylines[]
In 1980, Sarah Abbott was locked up with Heather Webber in Forest Hills Sanitarium and they soon became friends. Sarah kept Heather's secrets and even hid her gun in the doll she always carried around. Sarah incorrectly believed that she drowned her sister.
Sarah falls in love with Joe Kelly who was investigating Diana Taylor's murder. Heather had killed Diana. Eventually Sarah realized that Heather was using her. After she recovered, Sarah told Heather she was onto her before leaving town.
