Sonya Eddy was an American actress, best known for her role as Head Nurse Epiphany Johnson on the ABC daytime, soap opera, General Hospital.

Sonya Eddy majored in theatre and dance at U.C. Davis and received her B.A. in 1992. Eddy is also a licensed vocational nurse (LVN). She began her acting career in 1995. In 2006, Eddy joined the cast of General Hospital in the role of no-nonsense nurse, Epiphany Johnson. In 2007, Eddy became an original cast member of the General Hospital spin-off, General Hospital: Night Shift while continuing to make regular appearances on GH. In August 2007, Eddy was signed to a contract with GH. In 2011, Eddy was taken off contract with the soap and moved to recurring. [1]
