  • Congratulations to Haley Pullos, who plays Molly Lansing-Davis, on winning two awards at the Young Artist Awards. Pullos won in the Guest Starring Young Actress 11-13 category for her role in House, and for Best Performance In A Daytime TV Series, for GH.
  • Christopher B. Duncan is portraying the role of D.A. Campbell, the prosecuting attorney in Starr's and Maxie's court cases.
  • Kristina Corinthos-Davis has been recast with actress Lindsey Morgan. She makes her debut May 25.
  • There will be no original GH episode on Monday, May 28 due to the Memorial Day holiday. A repeat of the April 18, 2012 episode (when Jason finds out the truth about Franco) will air instead.

  • On May 19, 2022, it was announced that Kelly Monaco's house caught fire and suffered serious damage on May 13, 2022. An investigation is underway for the culprit.
  • Jacklyn Zeman returned as Nurse Bobbie Spencer, on May 19, 2022. She was last seen on January 20, 2022.
  • On May 19, 2022, it was announced that Nancy Lee Grahn's daughter has Covid and Alexis Davis may be recast again.
  • Réal Andrews returned as Lt. Marcus Taggert, on May 20, 2022. He was last seen March 28th, 2022.
  • Nancy Lee Grahn returned as Alexis Davis on May 24, 2022. Stephanie Erb temporarily portrayed Alexis from April 26, 2022-May 10, 2022, as Grahn was recovering from back surgery.
  • Charles Shaughnessy returned as Dr. Victor Cassadine on May 26, 2022. Victor was last seen on April 11, 2022 as Shaughnessy was recovering from February hip surgery.
  • Christopher Van Etten left on May 31, 2022, as his character Chet Driscoll relocated out of state for a new job. Van Etten and his family moved from California to Illinois. As of now there are no plans to recast.
