Dr. Terry Randolph, MD is a fictional character from the ABC soap opera General Hospital.
She has been portrayed by actress Cassandra James since June 29, 2018.
Background
She is the oldest childhood friend of Elizabeth Webber, nicknamed her "Biz", before she had transitioned (she was born a boy and was friends with Elizabeth before she transitioned).
Terry was also sort of romantically involved with Elizabeth and she was her (Terry's, pre-transition) first kiss.[1]
Storylines
In July 2018, Terry and Elizabeth were reunited after many years apart and she spends Independence Day with her and her fiancé Franco Baldwin. She also reveals she'll be working at GH soon.
On August 17, she begins working at GH, and she's thrilled to be working a long side Elizabeth. Elizabeth shares her concerns for her son Cameron Spencer, Terry consoles her and assures her that she's a great mom.
After Oscar Nero's brain tumor is brought to light, Terry enrolls him in a clinical trial that can shrink his brain tumor. After the treatment does not work, she has to answer Oscars end of life questions, and she also tells him that he does not have long left to live.
