I was thinking that #4 is correct, but it seems to be wrong after the latest events. It seems that the shares are to even to be that. I know Heather might not know the family dynamics of the Qs and who would vote for what person and who would take the reigns from Tracy, but I think it might be too ochestrated for Heather.
I would l like #2 because Jason might come back sometime (like other people) and also #1 could be. I am thinking #3 might not hold up, because now it now doesn't hold any bearing (with Sam having her baby back and knowing that Jason is the father)
I did some research and I can only find these that the only ones that have not mentioned in the calculations that Tracy-AJ have said are ...
Bradley (son - "dead"), Justus (grandkid - "dead"), Faith Ward (grandkid, but in Philadelphia), Jake Spencer (great-grandkid - "dead"), Franco (grandkid - "dead"), and Lauren Frank (unknown, presumably still alive), Jimmy Lee Holt (son, but in some NY city).
Unless they make a whole new character/heir to ELQ, then it is Faith, Lauren, or Jimmy Lee that have precedent (or unless I'm and Edward's family treee is missing someone). However for Jimmy Lee, the will states only about grandkids getting an equal share of 60% and great-grandkid of 30% and Monica/Alice get 5% with no mention of shares for sons/daughters.
I have a feeling that Edward wrote out both of his living children, Tracy and Jimmy Lee. They never mentioned him, but they keep saying that all Edward's grandkids and great-grandkids get shares, not mentioning his kids. I can't figure out the Faith thing. She's Maya's mom, and Maya inherited, so why didn't Faith? Faith is Edward's granddaughter, so I don't know why she didn't get shares. They're sort of implying that she's dead since they keep saying all living grandkids, although they never said she was dead (unless I missed it). I really believe it's Lauren that will end up being the heir, I just don't know how Heather would find that because Edward didn't even know Franco was his grandson, so it wouldn't be in his will or anywhere on his desk that Heather was snooping around.
Since Heather and Carly seem to know "what this means" (in the will), which one is Carly most likely to know about that nobody else knows about? My guess would be Lauren.
Also, in regards to Heather knowing, I think Edward probably put in something like: "each of his living grandchildren or their descendents"; without naming them. That is often done when you don't want to update your will everytime a new baby is born or someone dies.
Also, I think Tracy is getting the Pick-A-Lila company, not just a jar of preserves.
Probably the fact that Jason has a twin brother named Andrew. The Quartermaines never knew about Andrew since Susan Moore left him with Betsy Frank. Alan took Jason back to Port Charles and was raised with the Quartermaines and Susan planned on going back for Andrew but she died and Andrew was raised by Betsy Frank. Andrew was later growing up in an estate home and he eventually became a Navy SEAL and began calling himself Andrew Cain.
