Tyler Christopher was an American actor known for his portrayals of Prince Nikolas Cassadine and his lookalike, Connor Bishop on General Hospital.

Christopher was born November 11, 1972 in Joliet, Illinois to Jimi-Ann and Jim Baker. He grew up in Delaware, Ohio the youngest of four children. He is of Native American decent through both his parents. His mother is Choctaw, and his father is Seneca. He attended Ohio Wesleyan University for 2 years prior to moving to Los Angeles.
Christopher was married to Eva Longoria from 2002-2004. From 1997 to 1999, he was in a relationship with former General Hospital actress Vanessa Marcil, who played Brenda Barrett.[1][2]
Between his marriages (2005-2007), he had an on and off relationship with actress Natalia Livingston, who played Emily Quartermaine and Rebecca Shaw.
Christopher and Brienne Pedigo publicly announced their engagement in October 2006.[3] Christopher and Pedigo married September 27, 2008.[4] The couple welcomed their first child, Greysun James Christopher on October 3, 2009.[5][6] On May 3, 2015, Christopher confirmed on his official Twitter that Pedigo had given birth to a baby girl, Boheme.[7][8]
It was announced on June 19, 2013, that Christopher is on contract.
Christopher is the cousin of Derk and Drew Cheetwood, who play Max and Milo Giambetti, respectively.
On October 31, 2023, Maurice Benard revealed that Christopher passed away after a cardiac event in his apartment.[9][10][11]
