- Luke has been sober since he returned to town after being accused of being an alcoholic. So, apparently he's not sober anymore since he's drank at least once in the last week.
- Danny has beta-thalassemia and needs daily medication. They were real careful to point out during his first kidnapping storyline that he needed his medication; but during his most recent kidnapping, they completely forgot about it.
- Sonny is bipolar and needs daily medication, which he isn't supposed to drink alcohol while on.
- Todd and his identical twin brother Victor have type O- blood. During the Danny/Victor III baby switch storyline, they said the dead baby had blood type AB- and therefore couldn't be Sam/Franco's (who was believed to be the baby's father at the time) because they were both O+. What they forgot was that years ago on OLTL, they said Todd had type O- blood, which means that Victor Jr. (his identical twin) also has type O- blood. Therefore, the baby with AB- blood can't be his either.
Oh, and also, I don't recall an instance where this has come into play, but A.J. has a rare blood type, the Bombay phenotype (they discovered it when he was a baby), and can only receive blood transfusions from other people with the same rare blood type. So, we'll have to wait and see if he ever needs a blood transfusion and if Ron Carlivati will remember this.
