In 1993, while the Spencers are on the run and in hiding in Canada from the Smith mob family, they are found and warned off by the Smiths who blow up their truck in the Triple L Diner parking lot.
In 1993, newly elected mayorLuke Spencer and new wifeLaura Spencer came back to town in a pink Cadillac. They drove through town with a police escort and welcoming fanfare.
In 2010, Alexis Davis hit her daughter's abusiveboyfriendKiefer Bauer with her car. She was driving Kristina to the hospital after finding her unconscious at home. Kiefer later died of the injuries he suffered.
In 2010, Sonny has a bomb planted on Johnny Zacchara's car, in an effort to deter the rival mobster from dating Sonny's barely legal daughter, Kristina. Ironically, Johnny convinces Kristina that they should give up their relationship farce and he agrees to take her home - resulting in the bomb going off yards from them in the parking garage, injuring them both. Kristina learns of her father's involvement months later, and after being honest with each other, they mend fences.
In 2011, Jason suffers another head injury after a car accident. He underwent a brain biopsy and had brain surgery to remove a piece of dashboard from his 1995 car accident with A.J.
In 2012, Johnny shoots out his grandfatherAnthony Zacchara's tires causing him to swerve into oncoming traffic, hitting Starr Manning and Cole Thornhart's car. The car comes to rest along the guard rail, and Starr is able to get out, but Cole and theirdaughter, Hope Manning-Thornhart are trapped inside. Michael arrives and finds Starr on the side of the road but he is unable to save Cole and Hope who are killed when the car goes over the cliff and explodes on impact.
Months later, while driving with his crush, Molly Lansing-Davis, Rafe admits his role Gabriel's death and they crash. This leads to him becoming brain-dead during surgery, and eventually dying when taken off life-support.
In 2016, Morgan steals Julian Jerome's car and Drew Cain follows him in a black SUV. He convinces Morgan to pull over and exit the vehicle. The car explodes and kills Morgan. Olivia Jerome had Buzz put a car bomb on the car, meant for her brother Julian.
In July 2018, while driving his pregnant ex-fiance, Michael tricks her into confessing to murder - unfortunately, she intervenes, causing them to crash. Her labor starts, and with Michael unconscious, Nelle leaves him to likely die due to the gas leaking, and gives birth in the woods.
In February 2019, Drew goes blind and accidentally hits Jordan Ashford with his car in a parking garage.
On November 2019, Julian sabotaged his son-in-law Brad Cooper's car and Julian's son Lucas Jones ended up driving and crashed into another car. Brad had confessed the baby switch to Lucas just before. Out of revenge, Kendra Bauer paralyzed Alexis Davis and put her on the road to run over her. Her car is suddenly hit by Lucas' car, which had been secretly sabotaged by his father, Julian Jerome. The accident led to the death of Kendra Bauer and Lucas in a coma.
In 2024, Felicia Scorpio and Carly Spencer make their way through the backwoods of Ontario, Canada, to complete a final mission helping a human trafficking victim Bobbie Spencer was helping when she died. They drive along, swerve to avoid a moose, and change a tire. They chat and clear the air about their own history, then make their way to help Cornelia.
In April 2024, Chase sells his truck to afford airline tickets to Florence for his honeymoon with Brook Lynn.
On August 30, 2024, faux federal agent Linda Boyle drives Ava out of town. Ava realizes they are going to the Pine Barrens and the "agent" is going to kill her. Ava attempts to take the wheel from Linda, and they end up accidentally running over the recently arrived Dr. Isaiah Gannon.

Motorcycles[]
In the late 1990s, as an avid biker, Jason opens a shop and garage. Lucky Spencer works and lives there for a time. It is destroyed in a fire in 1999, in which Lucky is also seemingly killed.
In 2011, Jason is rendered unconscious after running into Michael while on his motorcycle.
In 2016, Carlos Rivera sabotages Drew's motorcycle and he crashes into the prison transport van with Liesl Obrecht inside.
In 2020, Cyrus Renault has Jason's motorcycle sabotaged and he crashes and is knocked unconscious.
On Christmas Day, 2023, Sasha fulfills her late husband, Brando Corbin's wish, of repairing his motorcycle, with the help of his cousin, Sonny. Shortly after, with the roads closed due to snowfall, an emergency labor happens at the Quartermaine Mansion, with Dr. Britt Westbourne's expertise needed. As the motorcycle is the only thing that can make the trip, Sasha and Britt ride together to the mansion, to deliver the baby and save the day.
On June 27, 2024, Jason picks up his son Danny Morgan, and takes him back to a garage where they work on his motorcycle. Jason explains his Quartermaine past and injury and they bond over a shared liking of math.

The Courage - ocean liner during the 1700s on which Quartermaine ancestors and siblings Percival and Constance Quartermaine traveled from England to Port Charles, to start a shipping company. When the Courage was attacked and sunk by pirates in 1704, Percival made it to shore but Constance was presumably drowned.
The Haunted Star - originally known as "The Titan", then "The Haunted Star", then "The Lucky Lady". It was destroyed in 2023 by a WSB drone when Victor Cassadine hijacks it to Greenland in a plan to save the world by killing 80% of the population.
In 2015, Carlos and Johnny cause the prison transport van to crash that Franco, Ava Jerome, Sonny, and Julian steal after escaping Pentonville Penitentiary.
In 2016, Drew's motorcycle crashes into the prison transport van with Liesl who escapes.
In 2021, Peter August's prison transport van crashes with the help of Victor Cassadine, and he escapes.
