Storylines[]
On New Year's Eve 2019 (shown on January 6, 2020), Nikolas Cassadine crashed Valentin Cassadine and Nina Reeves' wedding and revealed himself to be alive after supposedly being killed by Valentin in 2016. After revealing that Mikkos Cassadine had a codicil which disinherits Valentin and his daughter, Charlotte while returning everything back to Nikolas and his son, Spencer, Nikolas revealed that Valentin isn't Mikkos' son - he's actually Helena's son. Valentin didn't believe Nikolas at first, but Nikolas successfully took back Wyndemere and everything Valentin had stolen back in 2016.
On February 12, Valentin got the results of a DNA test he'd done and was stunned and devastated to learn that he's not a Cassadine. On September 2, 2021, Victor Cassadine was revealed to be alive after he was thought to have been killed in 2014. On October 7, 2021, it was revealed that Victor is Valentin's father, which meant that Valentin and Charlotte are true Cassadines after all.
