Yoga Studio is one of the local studios in the city of Port Charles.

History

On December 27, 2021, Curtis Ashford, Drew Cain, and Harrison Chase have a hot yoga class in the yoga studio. Maxie Jones and Lucy Coe come in for the women's class but Lucy is so distracted by her romantic night with Martin Grey, that she leaves class to talk to Maxie about it.

On January 18, 2022, Gladys Corbin and Sasha Gilmore are at a yoga class. Gladys tries to comfort Sasha who recently lost her baby but Sasha leaves the class and talks with Maxie in the hallway who also "lost" her own baby.

On January 26, Ava Cassadine irritates Carly Corinthos with talk about Avery Jerome-Corinthos while they are at yoga. Brook Lynn Quartermaine is with them and tries to keep them calm. When Carly is alone in the room, Nina Reeves comes in and wants to talk.

On March 31, Sam takes Carly to the Yoga Studio where they run into Nina and Maxie. The instructor Stacey comes in and says class will start in a few minutes and to get enough water as it will get hot. Nina and Carly start arguing about Wiley.

On May 9, Josslyn and Trina run into Rory at the Yoga Studio. Josslyn praises Trina and then leaves to give Trina and Rory some time alone. They chat about the local museum and Esme overhears that Rory shouldn’t be seen with Trina until the trial is over. Josslyn comes back as Rory is leaving. Trina accuses Josslyn of trying to hook her up with Rory and mentions running into Spencer at the gallery the other day.

On May 23, Carly is taking a private yoga class with Stacey. She is going to court that day and wants to be centered so she doesn’t do something she would regret. As Carly is leaving she runs into Britt and Brad who warns Carly that this Wiley battle could become the next Michael and AJ situation. Britt sticks with Brad and Carly says Britt should choose better friends.
